Um, 🔥🔥🔥🔥. How have I never had yall before?!?! I doordashed and I got the Super Burrito Asada & Chicharrón. Hecka good! The fact the meats were perfectly chopped and chicharron crisp. Every bite was delicious. Your asada has flavor. Nice and dark. Not grey and bland. I was gonna save half for my hubby to have lunch tomorrow. But its not looking promising him. 🤣

Yea not going back , food is bland , not authentic go up the street to tacos guadalajara its alot better

This is one of the best taco trucks in Vallejo! All of the ingredients taste fresh and their spicy sauce is a MUST!!! They always exceed my expectations. The people that work here are the kindest and very hard working. They make sure to include everything you ask for. Always 10/10.

I was incredibly disappointed by my recent visit to Taqueria el Pelayo. I ordered a burrito and it was immediately clear that the ingredients were not fresh. The meat and rice tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, if not reheated from the day before. From the look of it, they just warmed it up in the microwave!
It's unacceptable for a food truck, especially one specializing in burritos, to serve stale food, let alone reheat it in a microwave. Freshness is essential for a good burrito experience. I would not recommend this truck to anyone and won't be returning.

Gotta get the LA Hotdogs. Great portion & absolutely delicious. Just be sure to ask for Jalapeño bc it doesn't automatically come with it. Crispy tacos also yummy. Shrimp taco sadly was small & more toppings than shrimp but still good. Service was decent time wise & everything was fresh. Super kind too.

Didn’t think I’d be as impressed but now I come straight to this spot whenever I come in from Sac… won’t go anywhere else, it’s THAT GOOD! Everyone loved what came out of this truck… better than many Mexican restaurants I’ve sat down to eat in. Worth every bite, every penny and worth the drive! You won’t be disappointed. ❤️
