Ordered chicken cheese steak sandwich. Was ready in 5 minutes. Onion were still raw. Sad.

No one will answer the phone to place a order I tried 3 separate times it just rings........... The food is good thats why I tried 3 times the service is TERRIBLE!

the best cheese steaks!! we live down the street from the Sunnyvale location. we eat there all the time. they never disappoint!! but I started eating at the SF location since 2008. still bomb

Pretty mediocre philly cheesesteak. The meat was highly chopped so the texture of ground beef, fine if you like that but I prefer larger pieces of meat. There was very little cheese at all. One sandwich was good sized but the other was skimpy also with little to no cheese. Why in the world are they stingy with cheese on a cheesesteak? The large fry was smaller than the small tater tots so I think they jipped me there. So, I haven't found a good cheesesteak place in the area yet. Jersey Mike's has is better than this one so I'll go there instead of returning here.

I have been going to this shop 46 years.Never had bad service.I ordered two sandwiches today.I don't know if they changed the meat.Or what?But the quality is horrible.A lot of fat content for a premium sandwich, not worth it.

I love the idea of the Cheesesteak Shop … and I’ve gone back and tried many since trying the first one I had in Berkeley Way back when !
I don’t eat as much as I used to in one sitting, but actually ate the whole king sandwich for $20 with tip in one sitting …
I enjoyed the sandwich, but it is a little messy with how they wrap it and can get so soggy in a heartbeat .

The clerk was newer, and there was a bit of a language barrier, but ge was still friendly and clearly doing his best.

This is the smallest Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I've ever seen . Huge rip off. I ordered 3 of these and they were all this size. The lady at the cash register gave me hella attitude because I didnt leave a tip for a pick up order. This was the result .

Expensive. About $20 for a sandwich.
It was just good, not a good value for the price. Specially when in and out is just a stones show away.
