The cheese steak sandwich ? shop was nice. I was greeted with a warm welcome by staff. The service was good with little to no wait to take my order. The food and drinks were prepared and served hot and fresh in to-go containers. I ordered the combo with the spinach and mushroom sandwich with everything on it, curly fries with ranch dressing, along with a fountain beverage. The bread was soft, and the meat was very moist. The ambiance had a clean, fresh feel with table service available. This facility has free handicap ♿️ accessible parking. My tip would be to clarify if you're eating in or take out when placing your order.
This location is in a small shopping center, right off of the freeway. They always produce a nice hot off the grill chopped cheese steak on soft roll. The fries are fresh and crisp. Friendly staff, that greet you.Parking: Shopping center lot.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

My wife called and placed an order for 3 sandwiches, was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. So we arrived in 10 to 15 minutes. Gave them the name of the order, and paid for it. Was told it would be right up. After waiting another 15 minutes,(! And watching at least 3 other people walk in order,and receiving their orders) I ask someone behind the counter. They looked behind them on the counter, and our order was sitting right there. Terrible customer service. I would probably still be waiting for our order had I not asked someone. Had kids & dog waiting in the hot car.Parking: Very busy mini strip mall with a Safeway,& In & out burger located next to the shop. Parking lot is crowded. All the time.

Husband was working onto his 2nd half of the Motown Philly and he bit into something hard. He found found the pebbles in his mouth. Unacceptable and dissatisfied.
Worst service, horrible management and customer service. After ordering my meal and requesting no mayo due to severe allergy, received my sandwich and noticed mayo there. Kindly asked for a remake and the woman argued it was cheese and not mayo, so I politely touched the mayo and asked her to smell it (she refused! ). Then when I asked to have my fries made fresh also so I may eat my food hot since they made a mistake. The same big back small legged lady said "well your fries was already cold" insinuating I should keep them with my new hot sandwich. After just simply asking for my money back she continued on with the smart comments and when I asked for her name she refused. So I took a pic of her square body to show everyone how ridiculous she really looks and IS! I have a business and plan to blast this until the sun comes down because why work in customer service with NO SKILLSET!? Ugh never again. Side note: also took my tip out her tip jar because why would I tip you a dollar when you mopping the floors, taking orders and not washing your hands. Lack of everything

I just got home. I ordered three large original Philly cheesesteaks and I asked for extra sweet and hot peppers. When I got home and open my bag, I had no peppers hot or sweet. I only like the Philly cheesesteak with the peppers as why I asked forms, I am extremely disappointed because it doesn't even taste right without the peppers. It ended up tasting very bland because there was no pepper which is the flavor so I'm really disappointed and I want a refund. I tried to call the store three times but nobody picked up and it was really soggy. We were

I eat here several times per week. One day I heard the customer in front of me ask for his sandwich to be cooked in little to no added oil.I ordered the same way & this makes for a great sandwich with drier bread.Ethan is a great employee, he is efficient, polite and an employee I would hire.He made up my sandwich today,I called, spoke to Ethan, & complimented how my sandwich today was the best I can recall. Try a half chicken, no-added-oil, sweet & hot peppers, onion, mushrooms & provolone.... I also like the smaller side of sweet potato fries; I think they make the best ones here.

Cheese steak sandwich was bomb. Got king one that has a bowl of meat and cheese on it. Only thing is the price. So it's a one time thing for me. Thought the 13$ would been fries and drink turns out only the sandwich. But honestly not disappointed the sandwich was great. Service fast. The side order of fries Cajun style was on point.

May have came on an off day. Ordered the mushroom Philly. I ordered Togo when I got back to work my bread was sooooo soggy from the meat and grease it was really hard to enjoy. I was literally 7 mins away from the job so wasn't sure how my bread got so soggy in such a short time unless it was really greasy. Meat was season well just really hard to eat. I had to eat it with a fork.
