My cousin and I used to go here a lot when we were in high school and after trying it again recently, it was exactly what I have been missing since I left Vallejo. Thank you so much for the wonderful food and service, the paneer tikka masala was delicious!! :)

Love the level of spice. Came along with another 10min to close while cleanup was happening, yet they still stopped to make us some food.
Dal Lentils are my favorite.

I came on recommendations of a friend and cannot speak highly enough about the food and people. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, and when we came with a large party, all of our food came out quickly, piping hot, and delicious. I enjoyed my dinner immensely and I am surely going back.

I had the Chicken Tikka Masala here and it was absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and authentic. The spices were perfectly balanced, and you could really taste the home-style cooking. The portion was generous, the price was very reasonable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in the area. I’ll be coming back soon to try more dishes!

Friendly staff.
I hope I came when the chef was on break. The Sag Paneer was like a thin runny soup with little flavor.
My recommendation is to bite the bullet and go to Berkeley to Vic’s Chaat.

The food here is delicious and to me the chola batura tasted even better than every place I’ve ever tried.
Don’t even get me started on the biryani’s they were delicious too.

This place used to be amazing. All veg, mostly Vegan. The prices were right and the food was mostly excellent. They now started serving meat like any other restaurant around. It's no longer special. They messed up a good thing and I won't be going back here. Happy Cow won't allow less than two stars since this place is mistakenly listed as a veg place on the app.

I like samosa, it’s very good taste
Everything marked with a (V) on the menu can be made vegan! The new owner Zel is very sweet, amazing hospitality! the desi style rice is soo delicious along with their samosas. i also tried the jalebi desert (i’m not sure if it was vegan or not but it was so good) and it’s made fresh.
No taste no good food
