I went in to DINE IN .I waited for awhile while the guy who was in the cashier was busy preparing the orders and asked me if I am here for pick up and I said I am here to dine in. So he ignored me and casually went back to what he was doing.After a few minutes, his colleague approached me and accomodated me, took my orders and I said for here .I sat and waited .Dissapointed when the guy handed me my orders,I just didnt want to make a scene.Took my orders and left.When I went home , they did not even provide any utensils or napkins. Food was great but the service is rubbish.

Really disappointed with the last order. They had the sides ready at 20 minutes, and then it took 15 minutes for the chicken to finish. It was not busy! They left my fries on the counter and now they are lukewarm and soft.
I have been to Von's many times over the last two years and recommend them often. Now I don't know if I will be back.
