My husband and I have been here many times. This past visit was the first time we left disappointed. I'm not sure if they were having issues behind the scenes. The service was very slow, items that were ordered with the meals came after the meals were consumed, the server was not observant, and the steaks were undercooked. Hopefully this was a one off because we have had wonderful experience in the past.

Awesome service from Luciano. Table for 3, got a seafood/avocado tower and grilled prawns for appetizers. Tomahawk steak entree and garlic mash potatoes, lobster Mac n cheese, and asparagus... all good so we killed it. Dessert got a dark chocolate soufflé with ice cream... too full to care but killed it too. Yea I'll be back

Dining experience is always TOP NOTCH, Brandt beef is always “melt in your mouth” delicious! Server TOME is attentive, knowledgeable and showcases Black & Blue's phenomenal service (as is Tim!). Fine dining in a casino isn't USUALLY as “FINE” as it is here! Highly recommend!

My wife and I returned for dinner after a long absence. We enjoyed our dinner overall. We were warmly welcomed by Estrella and our service was both excellent and friendly. My wife ordered the nightly special "halibut en papillote" which was nice but really needed more seasoning. My "Ultimate Surf & Turf" was delicious and would have been perfect, save for the tiny crab leg which was undeserving of the name "king". Hopefully, the crab leg size will improve in the future, because we will return!

Everything about our dinner at Black&Blue Steakhouse was exceptional. The restaurant is elegant and serene. Our waiter, Mel, was very attentive at all times. The food was excellent, not only the taste but the presentation as well. The Restaurant Manager, Elizabeth M., was also present, checking on the customers. She was very personable and expressed sincere concern that her customers were enjoying their food and experience. My husband and I left knowing that this was the restaurant that we would come back to on our special occasions. This restaurant and all the staff deserve a 10+. Elizabeth appears to have a well run restaurant and a staff who are proud of what they do.

Black And Blue never disappoints, of course they are human and every once in a while, I've eaten something there that wasn't absolutely perfect. I had the prime rib there once and I didn't think it was the best I've ever had. But the ribeye and the fillet mignon are always perfect. It's just a wonderful overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have not tried it yet.
