The past 3 times my husband and I drove through Valley Springs and went through the drive up window our hamburgers tasted like they were cooked an hour before we arrived. Very courteous employees but the meals need a lot of improvement

Food prices are getting better ,the new staff is doing much better then the old ones .the place inside could you some touching up .as far as the food goes it's not the best but it's ok
They don't answer phones even after they screw up an order.

For whatever reason, this place is getting worse and worse. I guess when the only other competition in town is Taco Bell, you can set the bar pretty low.
I was up in Calaveras County droning. We stopped by this Burger King for some early lunch. The service was great, it took about 4 minutes to complete our meal. Everything was freshly cooked, hot, and delicious. Usually, you get food that has been sitting around for a while and it's really nasty. My Chicken Sandwich was HOT, JUICY and delicious. I'm really impressed with this particular Burger King. GREAT JOB!

Look calaveras is a hit an miss county an with Mac Donald's being ran off from ever opening a branch besides angels camp, I've seen a lot in thirty years of eating at this bk but it's in the town my grandparents retired in , Ive had birthdays,lunches an munchies in this bk watched a lot of school buddies learn that fast food can be tough an is not for everyone but overall I'm blessed that my town has a drive through with memories I love there chicken nuggets,an that there open late I recommend valley springs bk to anybody wether u need a job or a meal valley springs bk is real on top of being positive an if a mistake happens there happy to hear about it an correct it. please consider leaving a place better than u found it so if u could improve something about bk experience then join there team but leave the negative at home. Young people start here like many an bk is a first chance giver. In conclusion Making people feel bad or putting business down in small towns just reflects on the customers as much as workers an restaurants.I think this is a great town with good people an alot of good food

If you are going to run a franchise and not keep the milk shake machine in operation, then corporate should send you a bill for every month it is not in operation. the machine has been broken for many months. I call every week to see if it is in operation but its always the same result. broken! in my opinion, this is dis honest and false advertising. quit advertising that you have milk shakes and ice cream on your menu if you are never going to repair the machine to produce it. it is a disgrace to burger king and its legacy. do not eat here!

This is the second time this week I was shorted half my food I gave them benefit of the doubt that maybe they were having a rough day but nope and when you try to call the phone just rings and rings i asked too is this everything he said yes i said are you sure he said yes i should have just made sure but i trusted him i do not recommend going here if your hungry
