We don't usually eat at Burger King. A gentlemen in the lobby was eating a Steakhouse Whopper and strongly recommended it. So, we both ordered them and they were pretty darn good. The French fries were a bit under done but fairly happy with what we ordered.

This is just your typical fast food joint. Nothing to brag about. Drive thru was slow. With one person in line who ordered before we even pulled up, we still had a 12 minute wait. What's the deal with not giving out napkins in the drive through unless you request them ? Just put some in the damn bag.

They haven’t really been that great, but I heard that they were under new management and I had good luck the last time when I took a chance when brewgers was closed. I had good luck the last time so i came again to and I ordered two Texas double whoppers, one without tomatoes, and one with tomatoes. The one with no tomatoes, looked great! The one with tomatoes had little to no lettuce, a soggy bottom bun, and tomatoes stuck to the outside of the burger on the bottom bun… Did they just give me a nasty one that had been sitting under a heat lamp? The one with no tomatoes looked fresh and well made. This one is disappointing and gross. Sometimes it grosses me out how you have to deliberately ask for something extra or for something to be removed to for fresh food as a paying customer…

Bacon on the chicken sandwich was nearly raw. Otherwise pretty good sandwich. However, the men’s restroom was blocked off, apparently something wrong with the door. I just used the women’s. When I came out and went to order, since my brother has physical mobility problems, I asked the counter person if we were supposed to use the women’s (which yes I had already done), and she said no, with a giggle in her voice. I asked “are you kidding?” And she said no, their policy would not allow it because the lock on the men’s room door had been busted when they needed to remove someone from inside ??? I offered to stand guard outside the women’s while my brother used it. She flat out refused. I have never been treated so rudely or idiotically in my 76 years!!! I have placed a complaint with the Caleveras county health dept and written to B.K.’s home office, although I do not expect a reply or any action from either. I have also been in contact with the Calif ADA office to lodge a complaint.

Very sad that this bk isn't up to standards 😞 I love bk I grew up going to bk. But lately they slipping on the quality of everything. Went for a shake and got a watery flat shake it was so watery that it was not a shake at all.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ask for extra cheese with all my sandwiches, I get charged the extra cheese and by some miracle… no cheese on a single one. I get it you get busy and forget but I was legit the only person in the drive thru. I then try calling just to ask to get it fixed, someone legit answers and hangs up the phone without a word and leaves it disconnected on purpose. I can see why everyone was across the street instead of here.

The past 3 times my husband and I drove through Valley Springs and went through the drive up window our hamburgers tasted like they were cooked an hour before we arrived. Very courteous employees but the meals need a lot of improvement
