El Torero offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with family dining on one side and an adult-style cantina on the other, complete with a fireplace and TVs for watching games. The restaurant serves delicious and hot entrees in a timely manner. They are known for their homemade and traditional style fare, particularly the Verde chili which has huge chunks of pork and green chili. The restaurant offers corn and flour tortillas with salsa upon seating. The staff, manager, and owner are all highly regarded. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, adhering to ADA compliance. Food was good, prices are fantastic and service was friendly but a tad slow. Margaritas were good too. Service was good and very attentive. Food was fresh and hot! Chips and salsa included both corn and flour chips. Shrimp enchiladas with green sauce were absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection.
