This location has always had a lot of problems since I have lived here. There is a high turn over you never see the same employees twice. Some are very friendly ,others it's like why are you doing customer service if you don't like people. The drive thru is very slow. They are always out of something product wise. They recently started what another coffee chain started, using tablets for orders. I thought great it will speed things up. Nope saw it two times never again. If you know how to use the tablet it's quite efficient and gets orders in quick and orders done quick. Starbucks is just overall too overpriced and the rewards is a joke and unachievable.

Took 20 min on an order that was supposed to take 6.. literally ordered it ahead too
Normally wouldnt complain but the whole point of mobile orders is to skip waits, people were in person ordering get theirs faster than mine when we were losing time to make something downtown. Almost left the starbucks. Not hard to just put food in a warmer.

Internet says open 4:30am, but i come here once a week in drive-thru on Saturdays and lights are on but no service before 5am
