This location has always had a lot of problems since I have lived here. There is a high turn over you never see the same employees twice. Some are very friendly ,others it's like why are you doing customer service if you don't like people. The drive thru is very slow. They are always out of something product wise. They recently started what another coffee chain started, using tablets for orders. I thought great it will speed things up. Nope saw it two times never again....
Although the coffee is good at this location its better to order online because if u go inside regardless of the presence of a line its still easily a 15 minute wait each time for your beverage
Great service by the employees , I was definitely out of town, and got looks due to it by the regulars. But once they saw me and my family ignore the looks , they felt comfortable with us.
