OVER PRICED!!!

I stopped by this Fatburger this morning to grab my lunch. I came right when they open so I was their first customer of the day. I parked across the street because there more parking spots over there compared to the limited spots the plaza this store is in. I haven't been to a Fatburger in over 10 years so I told the lady who was working the cashier. She explain the whole menu to me and her recommendations. I went with the classic burger with no onion, radish or pickles. I also added a side of steak fries with my order. She told me it would take about fifteen minutes which I was fine with. I sat down and waited for my food to come out. When it did, it looked delicious but be aware that it is pricer here. I got charged extra for American cheese. I thought the burger was okay but it's not my favorite. The fries tasted very plain and eating it with ketchup didn't help much. The dining experience here is very limited because there not many seats and the bathroom is only locked by a key.

Cool place to get a big ass burger that taste great and fills you up for a week.

I love this location! Carlos is the best. He always remembers my order to my exact specifications and makes me feel really welcome. Highly recommend coming here! They’re nicer than the Burbank/Vineland location.

I have eaten at this location over 20 times and I kept returning because of the great service I received from the staff but this last time I visit the girl taking the orders at the counter at night was so rude that I will never return to this location

I went in to get some burgers and fries. Best food I ever had. I wasn’t sure what burger to get, Carlos was awesome in recommending a thousand island burger that was awesome. Great management and great staff.

Good customer service

Got the new “chicken tenders” and the first time they made them they were black on the outside and extremely tough and basically inedible. They said they would remake them and the 2nd time was basically the same thing. The chicken tasted weird on the inside too wasn’t white meat tasted like pigeon meat or something. Complete waste of time and $16

Regardless of who is working, whether it's Hector, or Mayra, or Javier, or Lucas, or Jorge, or Tomás, or Kique, or Evan, or Kevin, or Nancy, or Alisha, or Keisha, or Robyn, or Tim, the food is always great, and the place is always clean. I love it here!
