Got the new “chicken tenders” and the first time they made them they were black on the outside and extremely tough and basically inedible. They said they would remake them and the 2nd time was basically the same thing. The chicken tasted weird on the inside too wasn’t white meat tasted like pigeon meat or something. Complete waste of time and $16

I can't with this location. The burgers are rock hard, the fries are usually undercooked, and as you can clearly see in tge attached photo, they do NOT clean the oil they fry their onion rings in. It's NASTY and a health hazard. If you complain, they will SAY they issued you a refund, but the refund will NEVER show up in your bank account. AKA they LIE. Avoid this location!!! I live around the corner but prefer to drive to the location in Studio City on Cahuenga. I've never had an issue with the food there.

The Mexican cook didn't understand English. My order was over done and burned and salty due to her misunderstanding of the order. The male person at the front taking orders is so apathetic. He is only there for money. He doesn't care about the quality of the final product. I have been a long time customer of FatBurger. These new immigrants from Armenia and Mexico don't understand or respect a Black established organization that is giving them a source of income and on top of that they don't respect Black customers. I'm Black and I deserve excellent food and service. If Armenian workers and illegal Mexican workers don't want to recognize my Black heritage then they can leave. I make a far better burger than they will ever know. The Mexican over cooked the chili, burned the onions and my order came to 14.85 but couldn't even eat it. It was Horrendous.

2nd time there, it's pricey but the staff is nice..My order wasn't right but it tasted good. I was surprised the next day when I was charged almost $30 for a plain Turkey burger, onion wings and a shake. Shocked that the price deemed higher that the day before, I would only pay for the $8 shake. I had a dog in the car and the manager was argumentative and canceled the order instead of taking the bird off $16.99 plus tax. Its an old American restaurant favorite and I didn't expect t the Glendale aggressive speaking, it's Valley Village. Maybe I was wrong but the way he spoke to me, I just rather not go there ever again. Maybe when he's not there it's a better vibe.
