I ordered the tacos dorados, one of every filling, because that’s the only honest way to judge a kitchen. My wife went with huevos estrellados over red chilaquiles. Tarascas Mexican Food is a hidden gem, a hole in the wall restaurant that is colorful and lively visually. The food is amazing, fresh, authentic Mexican food, and tasted delicious. Dishes like the tacos dorados, huevos estrellados over red chilaquiles, menudo rojo, torta de lomo, Enchiladas Mineras, and enchiladas suizas were absolutely delicious and authentic. The food was outstanding, served beautifully, and the quality was how imagined looking at the pictures. The service was amazing and made you feel like you belonged there. It is a little corner spot that is missed, but easy and free parking is available, just pay attention to the signs because it is a bit hidden. Everything was incredible, and the place is super cute and authentic. This spot quietly earns a place on a regular rotation, and customers will be coming back often to try other dishes.
