Ay Papa Que Rico is a fantastic Cuban inspired charbroiled chicken restaurant.
Had a craving for Cuban food after a recent rewatch of the movie, Chef. Stopped here for the first time and had to try the chicken based on the delicious smell as well as a Cubano.
Both were mouthwatering. The chicken was perfect and the black beans and yellow rice I got with it were great. The Cubano was near perfection. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu
The grilled food tastes as good as the smell! The chicken and the short ribs are both fantastic and will come back for more. The sausage has good flavors but was a bit dry.
I came in and got the whole chicken plate. It comes with black beans , rice, and tortillas plus salsas! It all was really delicious and I enjoyed every bite!

I have never been to this place in my life whatsoever. The only thing that I remember is the building was called STEER & STIEN back in my day. I swear to God, the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Swear to God. I just ate the other half of my foot-long sandwich cold!!! it was the freaking bomb. My next restaurant that I’m going to every freaking day from now on. Love it best food ever. Keep on doing the goddamn good work.
