This is probably one my best AYCE experience. They have good meat quality, their seafood is also fresh, I like how their grill helps the fat to flow down quickly, and their spicy marinate is a bomb. This place have many choices of side dishes included various type of fried rice, bibimbap, various soups, shumai, gyoza, etc that help change the taste so we don’t feel tired of the meat. We spend the whole 90 minutes eating

This is by far one of my favorite Korean barbecue stops. No reservations needed, it’s a walk-in and if you have to wait a couple minutes to be seated, there’s always the classic pinball machines to sharpen up your mental game. They have great cuts of meat, great soups, great and fresh salad, great service, always keeping your grill clean, and your food comes fast. You never have to wait long for the server to come back around and check on you, they’re always friendly and happy to help. If you’re in the Van Nuys area, I would highly highly recommend this Korean barbecue spot.

AYCE GOGI in Van Nuys is a nice spot for Korean BBQ, but I have mixed feelings about the experience. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was decent, but for the price, I was expecting better quality meat and seafood. While we still enjoyed the meal, some things fell short.
One of the biggest disappointments was the shrimp—not only were they not cleaned properly, but they still had the vein running down their backs, which was off-putting. For the price point, I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail in food preparation. The meat selection was decent, but it didn’t quite stand out compared to other KBBQ spots we’ve been to.
That said, I did appreciate the complimentary froyo at the end of the meal! It was a nice, sweet touch to wrap up the dining experience. Despite some of the drawbacks, my husband and I still had a good time eating and enjoying the evening together.
Would I come back? Maybe—but I’d probably explore other KBBQ places first to see if there’s a better balance of price and quality.

This is our favorite place for Korean bbq. Their whole menu is delicious, especially the kalbi, spicy bulgogi, and kimchi rice which are amazing! Love their frozen yogurt too!

Don’t wanna be the guy that capitalizes everything, but this place is GREAT To share about the kindness of this place, I was just there for the wonderful pinball & I misplaced my wallet. Got it back because of Gabino. His Mama raised him right!. I won’t soon forget it
I was apprehensive about dining here because of the negative reviews, but everything was excellent. The food and service were great. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful even though the restaurant was very full and almost every table was occupied.
