We came in tonight a few minutes after 5. It wasn’t that busy. We have been to this location a few times in the past and have never had a problem, even during a busy night. However, unfortunately tonight that was not the case. Not once did anyone come over and offer us a drink, yes they did bring waters automatically, however we were never offered any other kind of beverage, which from a sales point of view seems wrong. Secondly no one ever came to offer us additional meats. We placed our first order and that was it. No one came to offer more meats until we finished with our original meats and sides that we had ordered which seemed a bit ridiculous as now we only had meats and no sides. Another disappointment was they neglected to bring a tiny cup of ice cream or yogurt as they usually do at the end. That tiny sweet cup is usually the cherry on top of a delicious meal. All in all sadly I have to say tonight I was extremely disappointed in the quality as well as the service.

Worst god damn place to pick up an order from. Slower than a snail with nowhere to be. How they allow this location to work with food delivery services is insane, they are no more capable of getting an order ready on time than I am of growing wings and taking flight. IN N Outs drive thru line starting from around the block would be a faster pick up.

Really good Korean BBQ restaurant. All of the meat was seasoned perfectly. I would recommend the short rib in the bulgogi. He was very busy so service was not the most attentive. But that shouldn't stop you from coming here.
