This place deserves zero stars for the terrible customer service. The current employees have all been great and their customer service is excellent, but the new guy - the older one is very rude and his customer service is enough to drain the greatness that the others possess. He is rude, talks to the other employees terribly in front of customers. Has treated us customers like nothing. I was coming here all the time on a regular basis. I no longer come because I value customer service very much and that can take away from a place. I hope it changes soon.

Went to this baskin robbin’s a few weeks ago with my bf and younger brother to buy a small ice cake and ice cream because of the heat. i went in and went to check out their ice cream cake and one of the employees came to the front of the counter and stared me down when it was clearly obvious i was checking the type of cakes they had. Once i picked out my ice cream cake, the woman on the register was being rude saying “anything else” which felt like she trying to rush us to get us out of there because she saw my little brother was looking at the ice creams and saying “which one should i get”. When we left with the ice cream but having a bad experience feeling like we were being targeted when we simply wanted to buy ice cream…even worse when the cashier told me “are you gonna pay that” because i was holding onto my ice cream cake and making it seem like i was gonna steal it or something :/ bad customer service and very bad experience

bad customer service they're not honest my birthday and I had an email from Baskin-Robbins their app has a glitch before 10 days before my birthday I show them the email but I don't know he was just giving me anything comes up from his head they were much nicer last year anyways this place is not recommended. I went to the competition and they were much nicer.

Be careful if you come here! I parked to quickly take care of some business and planned to come back to Baskin Robbins with my daughter for ice cream. When we returned just 19 minutes later, my car was already towed - even though there were plenty of empty spaces. I wasn’t thinking about ice cream anymore. I won’t be coming back to Baskin-Robbins or this plaza.

One of the employees had a very bad attitude. I used the coupon to buy one and get one free, but when I bought three scoops, they said I could only get one scroop free.

I am a very regular customer of Baskin-Robbins, but every time I go, I feel bad treatment from one of the employees. I have worked in types of jobs like this, and for me, the client always comes first. In fact, once I was first in line, and a person arrived later; she preferred to serve them first, which didn't seem fair to me. That's why I stopped going to that place. I wish they would provide more training on how to treat a client. The customer comes first!
