Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria - Van Nuys

We ordered pizza and the egg x3 online when we got there the place was closed they still were taking orders. The guy that answered the phone prior to the order didn't even mention they would not be there. Charged our credit card, wasted my time driving there, had to make another dinner on the spot to feed the kids. Very disappointing place.

Misleading coupon. Says get a free 10inch pizza when you spend $15. I spent $18 which means I should only have to spend $3. But when I put the code in it says I have to spend $26. What it should say is spend $30 get 1/2 off. Or Free 10 inch pizza with a $15 purchase and not separate the 2 on the coupon. Food is not that great either. Place is a waste of time. Dissatisfied customer :(

Had a really good pizza for dinner it was so fresh and delicious,The staff was also very friendly and helpful when it comes choosing your order.Fun fact- my mom had a cold so the staff made her a hot tea with some herbs in it, she really loved it.

Honestly this place needs new management. The customer service is terrible and based off the other reviews this is a common experience. I won’t be ordering from BMPP again.

I ordered a pizza online because I had a deal for a free pizza. The free pizza deal says I must use it 6 days as it expires then. I got the deal on the 16th but my birthday was last month so I don’t know why I didn’t get the deal around my birthday time but it was sent just now late. So that is not my fault if it was not sent on time. The deal in my email says “Your One-Time Coupon Code Is Valid ONLY For Online Carryout Orders & Expires in 6 Days!” it does not state that it has to be used around my birthday time so I thought I can still use it. I don’t know why it didn’t send on my birthday but I just got it a few days ago.I go to pick up the pizza and he said I can’t get my pizza even though I already ordered it online and also got charged a service fee for it. This overweight man was very rude to me. I will never come here again or at least not to this location. This is terrible and I hope he gets fired. It appears several people had terrible customer service from this establishment probably from the same man. Do not support this pizza establishment for terrible customer service.
