I never knew that Senegalese food included crazy margarita flavors like hibiscus and ginger, and I think those are an acquired taste. The peanut chicken was good. I like the outdoor patio in the back: they had some huge tables that are good for large groups. Beware that the heat lamp won't always be enough for chilly San Francisco nights.

Love this place! First time I went here, I had no idea what the food was all about, but I tried it and loved it. Great atmosphere and drinks as well. I have been back a number of time, and Carlitos Way never fails me. I need to go back soon with my girlfriend and give her a taste of something a bit more exotic than she's accustomed to.

Love the Frolic Room. One of the few places on Hollywood Boulevard you hang with a millionaire and deadbeat drunk at the same counter sharing and a war story with a glass of whiskey . Nice how the balance of power is neutralized while sipping alcoholic bliss.So instead of paying for overpriced drinks at THE W across the street or one of the trendy LA clubs on Hollywood BLVD just walk into the real world of drinking in Hollywood and order up at THE FROLIC ROOM..

Granted I don't make it over to Divis as much as I should, how had I never heard of this place?? It's fabulous! After dinner at nearby Nopalito, we were looking for a nightcap before heading home and Bar 821 nailed it. Fun ambiance, not too crowded, and a glowing cocktail selection.

Honestly hands down best bar in the Valley way better music and vibes then any bar out there they also have a DJ 7 nights out the week with no cover charge Unlike 90% of the places where there’s only a jukebox and here my favorite Johnnie Walker black label drink is only $7 here. I’ve been coming for for awhile and everyone is so friendly and positive once you step through the door your a friend to everyone. If you come on Friday or Saturday I bet u will be back almost every week.
