Food is always fresh and cheap, no restrooms,parking can suck most of the time. Whenever I’m working in the area, I like eating here. Place has been open for decades. Carnitas is what they are popular for. They have underrated combos. Torta/taco rice and beans under $15 after taxes. The staff is super chill and attentive. I come here from Glendale with the wife on my days off.

This place isn't what it used to be , only reason I still go is because of the sentimental value of the location. food ain't that good, they are stingy with their sauce, the prices ain't fair & the owner never seems happy .

This place has the best carnitas I've had from this place all the way to the border in San Diego. Juicy, flavorful carnitas with the skins. I ordered 1lb of just meat. Side of their gauca salsa and a red and green salsa. The green salsa is very, very good. Red is also very good. Just randomly looked for a Mexican place near me and this was a hit. Cannot recommend the carnitas enough
