If you want to try the best brown sugar tea, without a doubt they have the best recipe, my family loves it, we have already bought in other places and none of them are the same as chala boba! I recommend them 100%

It's a great place to get some milk tea. It's an hole in the wall type of place that is easy to look past, but they have great-tasting stuff! Would recommend.Parking is tricky.

Parking: Small parking lot limited space.

Kid-friendliness: The store is well maintained with cut decor!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking accessibility.
