I've purchased $40.00 of meal with 1 large fountain drink on -12-17-23 @ 7pm.i've sipped about 5 oz drink, and asked the cashier to top it off, and she refused, I've even told her that I will pay for it and she still refuses. They have no idea of customer service. I will never go back and spend any money with them.

I've been coming here for over 10 years and went there today and used the little cards they give out that say after 10 entrees the next one is free...after I got my two item entree I told the lady ringing me up I wanted to use my cards for this entree...she counted the cards and checked the expiration date on all of them and then barked at me NEXT TIME I THROW THEM AWAY ALL STAMPS HAVE TO BE ON ONE CARD...OKAY NEXT TIME I THROW THEM AWAY... It was blown away first of all no wear on the card does it say all stamps have to be on one card and if that was the case why did she count them all first and tell me that? You figure she wouldn't even count them and tell me that...I was shocked since I go there all the time....it felt like it killed her to give away free food ..F this place...Zero Customer Service...Hello Panda Express.
Great find for fast, tasty Chinese food. I was delighted to be greeted by a cheerful woman. That is how you gain clients. She was pleased to assist and didn't treat me like a bother. My three-dish combo order was great, and I have to admit that they have a wide variety of foods to choose from.Food was excellent. Delicious and generous quantities. I recommend and plan to come back again.
