They ran out of the small tortillas to make tacos and kids quesadillas. Not the customer fault. I came in with my son and instead of just using half a tortilla or use the big tortilla for the kids meal they wanted to charge me 10 bucks for a cheese quesadilla. For the inconvenience, they could have atleast comped the side rice I bought. No customer service. And my food is cold. This location needs new staff and management

If the employee messes up and cannot finish the burrito, then one needs to get a new tortilla and re-wrap it this whole double wrap policy is nonsense. I don’t want to eat a pound of flour because you can’t make a burrito.
At noon, they did not have the iced tea ready. Doesn't make a lot of sense, especially given the high profit margin. So I asked for a water cup, but the water dispenser releases about a drop a second, so that was annoying too. Details, people, details.
The food at Chipotle is absolutely amazing. I always get a burrito bowl, and the combination of flavors is just perfect. However, I’ve noticed that the portions have gotten noticeably smaller compared to how they used to be. It’s not just at one location — it feels like many Chipotle restaurants are now serving less food.
In the past, one of the things that made Chipotle stand out was how generous the portions were. You would leave feeling full and satisfied, and that was part of what made it special. Now, while the food still tastes great, the portion sizes don’t feel like the same strong value they used to be. I hope they can go back to the larger portions that made Chipotle such a standout experience.
Tiniest portion I've ever received at any Chipotle ever! Still starving after eating it. What a waste of money! Won't be back
I had the brisket Bowl and overall it was okay nothing special. The thing about this particular Chipotle is the lack of cleanliness. It is wothout a doubt the most disgustingly dirty place I've ever seen. The outside was filthy, the floors were filthy, the bathroom was filthy, and the tables were filthy. So in a word I would say, not conducive to an eating establishment. I might have given it two more stars had it been clean but no one seemed to care. I'm visiting from Santa Fe New Mexico and the Chipotle there is spotless. If it was any less than so the place would be deserted.

There are multiple reasons to cause a surge of excitement to anyone for whatever reason. For me & my wife, it's dining on chapotle meals among others. For this, we've gone to various CHAPOTLE franchises around the San Fernando Valley itching to get the best gustatory adventure ever. One special outlet that has kinda emerged at the toplist is located at Burbank-Van Nuys Blvd, CA.
Being medium-sized, the building is not notably spectacular. But its corner location is outstanding. Its parking spots, I must comment, are just so-so. However, what will follow next are really on another level: the workers appear productively occupied, NOT BEING BOISTEROUSLY LOUD & IRKSOME while efficiently performing assigned tasks to make sure there's no or less reasons to complain about.
Furthermore, tables are neat & organized; floors bear no visible eyesores such as food crumbs, used dirty napkins or dropped spoons & forks; comfort room's noxious smells are contained, not infiltrating into the dining area. Different veggies infused into the mix are blissfully appealing to the palates, nutritious, & reasonably priced. Amazingly, there's no hint of shrinkflation here.
For now, I rate them 4 stars. Hopefully, over time or the near future, the management will be able to propel itself towards a full 5-star rating that it deserves.

Well, I didn’t even come inside, I already saw dirty patio with a homeless guy sleeping over there.
Whoever manage that place, probably has no idea what he’s doing.
And the second part, I had to ask for extra rice because they barely put the rice in my plate, what a shame.
At least the food was good as always. I’ll never gonna come back to this location again. If you guys forgot, the only reason why you’re open it’s your customers.

The brisket is dry and full of gristle. I asked for guac and sour cream and for some reason he put the sour cream right on top of the guacamole.

Food was lousy, I ordered a chicken bowl. The portion was very small(Here we go again about portions). The chicken was burnt on many sides. It tasted like I was taking a bite into a block of charcoal. I hope the management does something to change the quality standards to this location.

Do not order online from this location, they will shamelessly cut your portions. It took multiple orders before I wrote this spot off entirely. Would love to see a better chain take its place.
