I received the wrong order and was given someone else’s food. When I went back to the location to correct their mistake, I was laughed at and completely dismissed. Not a single team member or manager took responsibility, and no one even apologized. Customer service was nonexistent and the behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s unacceptable that something as simple as matching an order to the correct name was handled so poorly. I will not be returning.

Against my better judgment I visited this store for a 2nd time.The first visit, I had very bad guacamole with my to go order. This visit the guacamole had a fair amount of brown on the top of the container as well. In addition to browning guac, I was met with a bad attitude from the team lead on 01/16/25 (Who refused to give me her name?) around 10:30am. Her overall demeanor was very defensive and hardened with no regard for any of my concerns, even legitimate ones like the quality of the guacamole.
Out of 100s of visits, across numerous locations throughout the United States this is the 1st time I have ever experienced poor service. The team lead was more concerned with communicating her store food waste/use metrics vs addressing any concern that I had. Whether that be my communication from today's visit or my prior visits poor food quality. It was not addressed by her at all.
In addition when asking about new guacamole from the associate packing my food, she didn't say anything. Which makes sense with the communication that I got from the team lead today. It seems the stores concern with food waste seems to be more of a priority over serving high quality items.
Reading other reviews, it seems these issues are a consistent theme at this store. Stay away. Because you get what they have and there will be 0 accommodation or customer service to accommodate their poor food quality or out of stock items.
Shout out to the cashier though. She was kind and mild mannered. ☺️👌

Worst place ever service were so rude and the worst part they gave my food in a bad shape food was not giving the right portion amount even when asked and everything was just really bad I would never come back here if the service are really rude and worse at doing their job good if they don't like it they can keep it to themselves not give attitude to the customer.

Staff was useless in trying to assist with my bonus gift card which in my opinion is a scam by Chipotle. No details on the restrictions when purchased. Store manager was not able to assist. Spent nearly an hour on the phone with the customer service team. Outcome was not acceptable. Beware when buying gift cards. Shame on Chipotle for such misleading tactics. Store Manager, Angel, threw away the order that was already made over a $10 issue. Probably will find a better place for this kind of food going forward. Steer clear of this location at least in my opinion. They don’t seem to care much about trying to make things right when an issue comes up.

They didn’t have chicken so they gave me steak and still upcharged me? If you don’t have chicken at all then why offer something else and up charge?
This Chipotle rations my bowls as if we lived in a time of war… it seriously wouldn’t hurt to serve generous portions considering bowls cost $15+ these days.
Chipotle is my favorite for a quick, flavorful meal. The ingredients are fresh, and I love being able to customize my bowl or burrito exactly how I like it. Staff members are courteous and keep the line moving efficiently. The restaurant is clean, and I feel confident in the quality of the food. Chipotle provides fast, tasty meals consistently, making it a reliable choice for lunch or dinner.

Chipotle Mexican Grill on Van Nuys Blvd in Van Nuys serves the familiar fresh flavors the chain is known for, but the overall experience at this location can be uneven. The food quality is generally good, with well-seasoned meats and fresh toppings, yet portions can be inconsistent depending on who’s serving. The restaurant can get quite busy, leading to long lines and slower service during peak hours. Seating areas sometimes need more frequent cleaning, especially during lunch rushes. While the staff is polite, the pace and attention to detail could improve. It’s a decent spot for a quick meal, but with better consistency and cleanliness, it could be much better

They ran out of the small tortillas to make tacos and kids quesadillas. Not the customer fault. I came in with my son and instead of just using half a tortilla or use the big tortilla for the kids meal they wanted to charge me 10 bucks for a cheese quesadilla. For the inconvenience, they could have atleast comped the side rice I bought. No customer service. And my food is cold. This location needs new staff and management

If the employee messes up and cannot finish the burrito, then one needs to get a new tortilla and re-wrap it this whole double wrap policy is nonsense. I don’t want to eat a pound of flour because you can’t make a burrito.
