First time here. Never again. I should have known but I was hot and wanted a smoothie. Store cameras are just disgustingly dusty and fans are blowing this all over product. Then smoothie was way too sweet. Tasted like pure syrup. Disgusting and warm too. On the plus side, shop smells great

Been here a couple of times and the workers are extremely nice. I went in today and the person serving me was such a sweet and kind girl. The place was so super clean and well organized. My ice cream was also incredible. 10/10 I would definitely recommend!!

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. They made me pay for the cake and asked when I wanted to pick it up. I asked what time they open, the young man said 10am. I said I'll pick it up then. We are visiting from out of town and have a day planned around me picking this cake up at 10 am. It's 10:30. The door is locked, lights are on. No one is answering the phone. This is completely ridiculous! Now, I either sit here until they decide to open the door, or have to come back later. When later? Who knows because they are supposed to be open now!

This place seems to have new owners. I’ve been coming here once every few weeks for years and ordering the same thing. Today, they tried to overcharge me for add ons that I didn’t order. The teller first claimed I was being charged for Oreos. When I explained I ordered the regular shake, the manager tried to claim I was being charged for whip crème. When I requested a refund for the overcharge, it took 10 minutes to get the $1.50 refunded. When I asked for an explanation for what I should expect to pay for the same order next time, the manager got upset and attempted to snatch the shake from my hands and yelled asking whether I wanted the shake.
