They don't enforce their "mask policy" the employees literally look right at the people and do NOTHING. I dont care if it sucks. I do it all day long because I'm an essential worker. I've complained to management several times and I know they will do nothing. they don't care. all-out the $$$ there

I was as Costco - Van Nuys, Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020 in the early afternoon. Upon arriving there I searched for a "cleaned" shopping cart. I watched as one of the Costco employees gave a very very cursory "spritz" over a group of carts. unfortunately today I had a bad experience, and so disappointed about how they control everything, I understand that everyone's have concern about cov-19 , but they should have a day for humans like me the I not senior or firsts response but I still need supply's to protect me and my family. and on top of everything I pay my membership, so my fifth time on two different locations and for my bad luck i never get what I need because the 2-3 hours I wait in line is not enough. but when I was walking out of the store 2 employees they had a package of lysol each one of them. wow! I see how it's.
