I'm giving a five star review for the service my family and I received last night around 11pm. Although the gentleman seemed like he was serving alone, he was very polite and attentive! I did not get his name - but I'd appreciate a reply from the restraunt with it.

Beware of a waitress named Brianna!!!! She is very rude and lies to you saying all items are in my togo order until I checked and there are missing items. When I went back inside she was rude with an attitude. Spoke to the manager and told him about the missing items he was very nice and got me the missing items. He said she doesn't know much. WHY IS THIS PERSON WORKING AT DENNYS THEN???? She needs to be retrained on customer service and learn the items on the menu. These types of people give Dennys a bad name. First time coming to this location at it'll be the last. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE DENNYS!!!!

Food great as always the waitress was really cool and made sure we were eating good
Service sucks be prepared to be starred at by staff when you come in without being acknowledged. We stood there while the cashier counted cash for about 10 minutes. She clocked out and left and then another staff member came over minutes after to see if we’ve been helped, when we told her that we haven’t even been helped she offered a table in a rude manner. I told her we were going to go somewhere else and she shrugged and walked away. There was only one table sat so they were not busy at all. My family and I ended up eating about 2 minutes down the road at Los Tres Hermanos and service was amazing .

It’s a pretty bad idea to come late at night. The hospitality, staff morale, and the quality of food goes M.I.A. Portions are smaller, dishes felt like they were made in advance and reheated because it was warm and cold in all and not very fresh. The first time I came I played it off, but a second time? C’mon :( l
