Excellent Service, Manager Ana is very friendly and the food is always freshly prepared and ready to eat.
This crazy chicken with being modernized with machines so that you can place your order is the worst idea. I went to eat and there were some people ordering that took 20 minutes ordering because they don't know how to use them and the staff just by looking can't help people. I don't I eat crazy chicken again

This is the most terrible El pollo loco on the San Fernando Valley. The entire staff is rude and they are influenced heavily by the head manager. Since hired, the quality of the restaurant has gone down. I will not be coming back here and I live a block away. I would rather go the one five miles away and the service is good. I'm spending my money and I expect good customer service. You will not find it at this location.

This location does not service black people. I literally waited in line for them to ignore me and assist everyone else. This took place April 18 2024 around 5:15pm. Check your cameras and you will see. Manny the manager did it intentionally and told everyone else not to help me.
