Served cold food. Drink self serve area was disgusting. The horchata machine had a curdled mess all over the place and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time because there were flies on it. The floors and tables were filthy. Spent $17 to get hardly any toppings on my nachos too. Will not be going to this location again, most other El pollo locos in the area have been great but not this one.

The worst pollo loco. The girls working here were really rude and disrespectful just gossiping. Their customer service sucks!! Never coming back here again. I really hope they cjange up the staff or train them properly. The food was also bad the chicken was burnt and cold.

Typically gets orders wrong
I visited el pollo loco today I place my order at the kiosk machine and when I tried to make the payment on the machine the bills got stock in the machine I spoke to the cashier requested help 3 times she ignored me she was talking on the phone having personal conversations. She has a bad customer service.

I ordered chicken nachos and zero chicken in my nachos. Filled out the survey no help whatsoever. Double check your food when you order at this location.
a lady ordered 4 burritos before me and she got them in 4 min, and the cook was tired of making burritos so he only made bowls for the next 5 orders even though i poaced the order before the bowls. the cooks did not want to make another burrito and the cashier had to remind them of my order, if not i would have been there for more than 20 min, i also asked for an eat-in order but she cashier gave it to me in a bag instead of on a tray. i also saw the manager make 3 different mistakes within the 10 minutes while i was standing by, i believe she may have been under the influence. i will not be returning to this location.

They were understaffed. Waited almost half hour for my 2 piece meal. I go to collect my meal and they did not have any salsa to go with it. The kitchen dude acted like it was just any other day. I won't be going back to this one. I tried it a couple years ago it obviously hasn't changed.
It's 4pm they dont have chicken! They told me we have to wait 30-40 mins! On top of that the soda machine doesn't work and they tell you once you paid that that soda fountain doesn't work! And there's a huge line and are not helping people there's at least 5 people . The restaurant is super dirty too
Thereβs a shrimp place nearby. Pollo loco workers here arenβt in shape as I hoped. They also write on the cups WITHOUT GLOVES.
