Half random taco spot while running an errand in noho. Cochinillo pibil, was smackkkin. Like a stewed birria pork, I'll never stop eating pork at this rate Al pastor above par 1k, but honestly that pibil got me speechless.

I had Tacos El Gallo / El Salbut for the first time and it did NOT disappoint. I ordered 5 tacos and rice. The tacos were so good and the meat is so flavorful. The pricing was perfect. The only thing is didn't like was the rice. It was a bit on the harder side like it wasn't fully cooked. But maybe it was just an off day They're located in front of the PetCo on Sepulveda. It's really good. They have a variety of options to purchase from. I will be back.

Ordered asada tacos and el ambre. I haven’t eaten tacos and asada that has so much fat and no meat. Feels like I’m eating a gummy bear. Gross!!! Wouldn’t recommend. Stay away .. should gone to the birria taco truck!!
Love love love El Salbut. The meat they use is so flavorful and fresh. I've never tasted anything like it before. They're so kind at the food truck they will custom make you a multita if you ask nicely (and show them a picture) $5 They never have a line which is shocking to me because they are far better tasting than any of the other food trucks that park in the same area. I will definitely be back!
