Firehouse Subs

I’m a New Yorker I’m used to amazing or at the very least decent deli subs and This place is just god-awful!!
I’d seriously put it on par with Subway, if even that, because at least Subway gives you more meat!

The sandwiches are tiny, more bread than meat and for extra meat on a 7-inch, it’s $4 extra when “extra” meat should be the standard sandwich here.
I also asked for banana peppers, and they put like 3 on the entire sandwich. They smoother it in mayo, and the bottom of the bread is beyond toasted, borderline burnt, and the top is soft.
Not only that, but they don’t even ask if you want it toasted, which I didn’t because an Italian classic should be cold in my opinion.

Who is working here?
Better yet, who is allowing this crap and how does this place not have a lower rating??
You guys who are rating here must not have tasted a good deli sub.
We’re in LA!! There’s plenty of good ones from the old days.
New York, New Jersey, and Chicago-type deli, not this thing.
Heck, I’d recommend Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s over this any day of the week.
Way more food and better tasting.

This isn’t what a deli sub/sandwich is supposed to be.
I’m highly disappointed.
Thank goodness this was BOGO because otherwise, I’d be even more furious.

Overpriced sandwiches 8 to 10 bucks for a small 3 to 4 inch sandwich NO THANKS

Holy moly!! First time here & let me start off by saying their Subs are so delicious 😋!!! The 2 gentleman tall Hispanic and shorter Caucasian gentleman were the nicest guys! Super friendly and helpful they made my sub excactly how I wanted not to mention the place was spotless clean that alone Says alot about how they work.. this place beats all the other sub places by far you must try

I usually eat at Subway and Quizno's subs (which is my favorite) but I got curious and wanted to see if their sandwiches are any better. I ordered the New York Steamer and it looked good and tasted ok but it wasn't better than Quizno's or Subway. The price was almost the same. The service was wack because the guy who were serving me kept forgetting what I asked for when it wasn't even that busy.

Been craving an Italian sub and it was a late Sunday so all the other sub shops were closed. The husband picked up sandwiches here for us to try and I was not disappointed. The Italian sub was stacked and a hot mess to eat but it was so delicious. The service was quick and efficient. Glad we grabbed the sandwiches from here.

“Terrible experience with their pick-up service. What was supposed to be a quick grab-and-go turned into a waiting game that felt like forever. Great sandwich shop it's s changing place but so very good.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian sandwich or two but the whole menu can be made vegetarian

Parking: Have a very large parking lot with plenty of spaces
