I ordered 3 dishes at around 5:33 pm we get to grandmas around 6:25 when we get there they have no order not greeting anyone or asking what you are here for and then when you do ask this younger lady they have working at the pay desk is totally mean and rude we asked her about our food and then walked to the kitchen and never talked to us again we waited almost 2 hours and then some other lady asked us what our order was and she said they gave it away already and have to restart making the food I would not recommend this place

Don’t go to this store during holiday seasons. As a Dasher, I waited OVER ONE HOUR to receive an order from a DoorDash customer.
Service - most of the staff tried their best & were trying to be attentive & help. BUT, as a restaurant, know your limits. There comes a point where you should stop accepting orders or at least turn pause your incoming digital orders. The line that was waiting was insane. I met people that were there longer than I was. 10-30 min, I totally understand but 1 hour + is outrageous.
Atmosphere - I like the cozy vibe but the decor is too busy & an eye sore. The back of the house is crazy messy & should probably be inspected sometime soon.
