On this info of Jack in the box it says it's open accessible inside at 5:00 a.m. but when I'm trying to talk to you later through the door she said it was closed only open for drive-thru.

So the information on this page is very misleading and not reliable at all

I want to write this because is so important a Bussinness credibility. This restaurant says is open 24Hrs. So I go today early morning 4am craving a breakfast and it had the open light and up , I go thru drive-thru and the person said is not open yet so I said then you should shut the sign off and change your Bussinness hours in Google so people know you aren't open 24hrs anymore.

I went to this jack in the box with my siblings i orded a burger with curly fires. The lady gave me regular fries, I didn't see that my siblings had gotten their burgers, so she told me to just switch my burgers with them. I know it was a simple mistake but she could of said that it was. Instead she was insting I'd switch my meal with my brother.

I had a really pleasant experience here. I drive a moped, so I always dine inside, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. The woman at the front counter—I believe her name was Esther—was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Even with the drive-thru being slammed, she kept a positive attitude and handled everything like a pro. The food was also surprisingly good—definitely better than the Jack in the Box near my house. Overall, a great experience for a fast food spot.

I know homeless people probably make messes in the bathrooms so I kinda get not wanting them in there. But some compassion goes a long way. This guy came in and really respectfully asked to use the bathroom and the cashier was just mean to him telling him no. So I bought him a burger so she had to let him use the bathroom. I understand where both parties are coming from, but human decency and being kind are something everyone should practice in my mind. To me she seemed like a bully. The food was okay, but my bun was like torn in half on top and just looked sloppily made. Definitely not the best jack in the box Ive been to. More like....meh 😑

The food is always cold, special the fríes and hard they give you another burger that you didn't order they could improve on their service, and the cleaning of the place and bathroom.

Dear owner, I am a regular customer at this location and am always pleased with the drive through customer service, today I drove by and ordered the southwest chicken salad and the cashier asked if I wanted my chicken hot or cold, she then let me know there was a $2.00 dollar charge to heat up the chicken which was unusual since there was never a charge. I questioned it and a gentleman (not the cashier) responded saying it was a new policy, I suggested they should let that be known on the menu sign so that customers are aware of the change and he responded with “so do you want it or not?!” In a really rude manner, I would understand maybe if I was holding up a line but there was no line I was the only car at the moment, I asked him who he was and he said he was the person in charge, I than asked for his name and he said Salomon, I called him an idiot for being so inconsiderate instead of understanding that customers are not gonna know this information if it’s a new policy and it doesn’t say it on the menu. Salomon thanked me for calling him an idiot, I then drove away and didn’t purchase anything. That was not okay and it’s upsetting because your location is closest to my job and I never had a problem like this before, I would have bought the salad even with the extra charge but the way he replied to my suggestion was just so rude and uncalled for please speak to him about his customer service ethic. Thank you for your time.
