I went to this jack in the box with my siblings i orded a burger with curly fires. The lady gave me regular fries, I didn't see that my siblings had gotten their burgers, so she told me to just switch my burgers with them. I know it was a simple mistake but she could of said that it was. Instead she was insting I'd switch my meal with my brother.
I had a really pleasant experience here. I drive a moped, so I always dine inside, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. The woman at the front counter—I believe her name was Esther—was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I know homeless people probably make messes in the bathrooms so I kinda get not wanting them in there. But some compassion goes a long way. This guy came in and really respectfully asked to use the bathroom and the cashier was just mean to him telling him no. So I bought him a burger so she had to let him use the bathroom.
