I don't know what happened tonight but the drive thru wait time was the longest ive ever waited. It took forever! Then when I got my meal, the fries were half empty and the spicy chicken sandwich was so gross. It was pretty much an overdone breading with a very thin amount of chicken inside. They definitely need to change out the oil, gross. And then the lettuce and tomato, yeah pretty much non existent. What a disappointment after that very very long wait time.

Good stop over for a quick late lunch/early dinner after picking up from the high school. In lieu of formal vegetarian options, I ordered a Southwest Salad and unchecked the option for chicken at the kiosk. The woman called me over a few minutes later to confirm that I wanted a Southwest Salad w/ Chicken Combo without chicken, which I appreciated. I usually think of Jack in the Box as a wacky side/appetizer place (I swapped curly fries into my combo of course!) and was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant quality salad. Would get again!

The manager here is a lady but she's terrible, I asked her a few questions about my order and she refuse to answer like If I was asking her personal questions. She was just in a really bad mood I guess she had a bad day. However you don't treat a costumer like that just because youre not having it.

Today I had a bad service I always pass here but today everything bad I forgot to give me a burger and the rest everything cold. I came back and a worker who was sitting inside didn't want to open the door. I feel like I'm leaving

When I asked for my Ultimate Cheeseburger to be made, there was no hesitation from the cook (Roxana) fantastically made. As far as customer service from Valentina, she made sure that I was satisfied. As the store manager Claudia, she runs a tight shift. Very satisfied with his workers 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Not the first time it's happened, I always order 23 with extra sausage and a orange juice. They give me a 24 and start arguing with me. I've never ordered a 24 in my life. They are all caught up in the gossip and don't pay attention! That's what happens when you put 2 females to work together. Nothing gets done right!Ruined my morning again!

I mean you can’t really mess up an order how hard is it to put patties and buns but when I placed an order online and it doesn’t let me customize or add sauces I figured to call. After 2 attempts they picked up the phone said sorry can’t help you without me even getting a word out and hung up on me. Shitty night shift workers

Just got drive through here on a Sunday morning at like 1:30ish after a long ass Saturday at work. This was by far, hands down, bar none the best freshest hottest; quickest I might add, I’ve ever had fast food this late. Great job guys. The shake is even on point. Thank you. Keep it up.

I won't be coming back to Jack in the box in general anymore. They have now cut all the drink sizes to a smaller sizes and the price remains the same with no real warning. They are stingy with sauces but the price keeps going up and up while the food quality is inconsistent at best. A lot of places are giving less and making you pay more. Congratulations you saved 50 cents but lost 1000s in the future from a frequent customer. This place is now on my boycott list. This is for corporate more than this individual store. You might have record breaking profit now but the lines are getting shorter and less people want to waste money on less valuable food/products. I wouldn't recommend using such drastic measures to try to get profits up. Keep the soda sizes the same. You would of been better off raising the price another 25 cents because now it just comes off as a lesser value in which people are not going to want to spend money on at all.
