Drive-Thru order was wrong. Ordered 2 popcorn chickens one regular and one Nashville hot but opened the bag and had 2 reg. Very disappointing.

Red Bull drink is a scam. I paid $6 for half of a small cup of redbull, pretty sure the lady didn’t give me the entire can. My chicken sandwich was also super salty and the bread didn’t feel fresh.
Good service
The food was good but in the drive thru waited over 30 mins. One car in front of us. It was absolutely ridiculous.

We came in just to get a cup of Ice and some ranch but it was literally the like 5th place we came to to get said items. Then on top of actually finding the vendor that will help us out they gave it to us for FREE!! YUP I said it free the 7-eleven we had just came from wanted $1.50 just for a cup of ice. So my hats off to you JACK I appreciate each and every employee in this establishment. 5 Stars.
Ordered online, they messed up my order, my food was cold and now the restaurant won’t answer their phone to help me resolve this issue.

No wonder everyone says they’d give zero stars.The employees here are the worst I have encountered. They refused to give me my order demanding that I show my ID. I asked my dad to pick up the order because I am sick. If I needed to show my phone, the app needs to tell me so. Meanwhile my food is now cold, they didn’t give me my food order in its entirety their attitude is disgustingly disrespectful. The entire team needs to be educated on how to treat customers. I have placed plenty orders before and this has never happened. I returned to the drive thru to pick up the rest of the order, which I shouldn’t have to do because everything should be given to me at the window. Disgusting service.
The Manager Maria doesn’t give good attitude, not a single smile, also when we were ordering she was just knocking the table like “hurry up” she needs to be more patient is a MANAGER.
Bad Food Made Me Sick
Bad customer service employees were laughin at customer for asking for correct drink size and they were being rude and I paid for a Large drink and they gave me a Medium size how ridiculous is that never going back to this place.
