You ALWAYS give, or at least offer a bag to every customer.My boyfriend just came back with his hands full, with 2 bowls and a pretzel bag, and said they wouldn’t give him a bag.What a horrible customer service, I don’t care how good the place is. They’re lucky I wasn’t the one there. We won’t be going to Jamba Juice anymore. But that’s not cause of the bag, it’s cause a bowl was 14 dollars. What??!!!! Hell no.Disgusting.

I always come to this one with my mom and our waffles are never fully toasted. Today i really had to pee and the guy did not let me in. Just because my hair is a mess does not give him the right to treat me like i am less of a person. It hurt to be treated with disrespect. I had been craving Jamba juice all day just to walk into there and leave disappointed.
