I ordered takeout through the app and had a frustrating experience from start to finish. When I arrived, employees told me my order wasn’t ready yet. After waiting another 10 minutes, they handed me the wrong bag — only to then realize my order had been ready the entire time.
This isn’t an isolated incident. The last time I ordered from this location, my food was given to someone else and I had to wait while they remade it. I was even told it had been taken by a drunk customer.
Overall, the staff seems poorly trained and disorganized, and the location itself was dirty. After multiple bad experiences, I can’t recommend this Jersey Mike’s. Avoid this location.

This location will never have your order ready on time. It makes it so pointless to even order ahead of time. You are better off going there and ordering, if you want to use this location.

Wednesday Night, after being at the hospital with my Cancer fighting brother, I was so hungry and in my own world in my head and walked in to JMs.
As I ordered my sandwiches, this lovely girl just pulled me out of my misery by just asking me about my day.
At first I just said fine, not wanting to talk, but she asked it so sweetly and insisted on talking about work. I told her about my hospital visit and the whole crew came out and we started talking about how beautiful the sandwiches looked, she didn't miss a spot and and her co workers said 2 years experience building these beauties, I laughed. The other 2 girls did all they could to keep me smiling.
I just had to Thank this Great team for being Amazing to someone who just needed a smile and a bit of normalcy in my sad world.

Great crew, the young man that made my wife's veggie sandwich was VERY conscious about wiping down the slicer. It was next level. While he was doing that he greeted everyone in line and started their order while the crew backfilled behind him. It was like watching a clock run, every part working hard. Ill be back for sure. The secret here is to park out back

Just stopped in here with my mom for two subs. I specified I have celiac disease and it was taken EXTREMELY seriously. Incredible protocol for handling my allergy, above and beyond cleaning of even the slicer for cross contamination. All of the employees were incredibly kind and engaging and actually seemed interested in knowing about my day and carrying on a conversation. I’m honestly shocked- didn’t know a chain could be so friendly. Will definitely be using this as a gold standard to compare other experiences too. We tipped over 25%! Bravo to who ever hired these incredible people! (Shoutout to yall who worked Friday afternoon)

This jersey mikes location is a JOKE! Orders are never ready at the assigned time or anywhere near it. I waited 15 mins to even be acknowledged and my order is now 25 mins behind schedule. These kids need some training or help because they can not handle the workload.

I been eating here 3 years with 5 stars. Today I went there and because of medical issues I needed to order on gluten free bun. Being tested for celiac. But an GF bun was $2.30 WHAT! I know there is an extra charge but this was crazy high. The GF bread was good(not great) but can’t understand why such high price? I happen to be a train chef with a few years as a pastry chef. Also been around bagels and breads. With Gluten free normally first ingredient is water, after fallow 2-3 starches which are way cheaper than bread flours. There not much difference between GF and regular bread when reading ingredients on label. So is this a way to make extra money from someone who has a medical condition?

I think this is the best sub place. Second, probably the nicest and friendliest people I’ve ever met. Specially the workers. If your having a bad day, they will make sure you leave having a good one.

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but today’s visit was disappointing. It was busy, which is understandable, but most of the staff seemed annoyed and forgot they were in a customer-facing role. The only bright spot was the associate with the big, brown hair who was friendly and professional.
The girls at the front register, however, were rude and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to see this at a place people genuinely love. Jersey Mike’s needs to do better with hiring and training their staff.

Brings me back to the New Jersey shore when I was a child. Going to Mike's Subs, eating while keeping one eye on the sandwich and the other on the circling seagulls.
