1st and foremost i want to apologize for walking into the shop at 8:53pm when it closes at 9pm, all your workers were great and professional except for 1, i know his name i asked his coworker but i WILL NOT name HIM, i walked in and he had a bit of a snarky / sarcastic attitude , again i apologize i walked in 7 min before closing but no one asked me to leave so i ordered
your staff pretty much ignored this persons attitude and sarcastic facial expressions and comments... at 8:57pm two more people walked in and this individual gave the same attitude...again it was more sarcastic because the crew was cleaning but customers walked in right before closing, customers dont need to see that, listen i get it you close at 9pm and were cleaning but oh well...
the rest of the staff was great , they knew who they are...and they are the reason why you're getting 5 stars... but this individual cost the staff their tip

Between the scheduled time I arrive to pick up a mobile order, and the time they actually hand it to me, I can drive down to the nearest subway and stand in line and get a sandwich. I don’t understand the point of online ordering if it’s gonna take an extra 25 minutes from a pre-scheduled pick up time.

They never added everything in the sandwich when I said so and gave me someone else’s sandwich before handing the right sandwich to me.

I’ve been to this location about 4 times, all visits were incredibly rude and left me feeling unwelcome. The only reason I kept coming back was to give the location the benefit of the doubt that they were having a hard day and are just customer exhausted, but after this last visit I literally had to hold back tears and force myself to stand up for myself because of the lack of customer service. And not even lack of customer service, just the lack of being able to be kind to a total stranger. Which is a completely normal skill required in a customer service job, not a hard ask of someone. The manager was the first person I encountered this visit (today about an hour ago) and right off the bat was patronizing me, gave me attitude, was unhelpful when I was confused, and then to the next customer in line was incredibly sweet and inviting as if my feelings did not matter and the next guy was superior in some way. It felt personal even though it probably wasn’t. When talking to her/them afterwards, she/they didn’t deescalate me at all, just continued to treat me in a patronizing way that escalated me to the point I had to give up trying to talk to her/them and just ask for the corporate number and a refund. Which she/they gave but not the number. I had to ask another employee for it. Mon Pierre ended up being the one who deescalated me and made me feel like I wasn’t in the wrong and told me that I wasn’t the first person that day who complained about her/their attitude. He was much more personable and caring. He should be the one leading the team rather than the current manager I encountered. If this is the example she/they set, no wonder all my other experiences have also felt unwelcoming. And it’s a shame because I’m never giving my business to them again and sandwich places pop up all over. For example, Mr. Pickles has been wonderful so far so I’ll take my time and money to them or elsewhere after this encounter.

This place is always freezing! And the soda lids never fit. And they charge for bags for your food . Service can be slow. That said I get their sandwiches all the time because they are weight watchers friendly.

If I could, I would give this place a Zero. Horrible sense of urgency with the employees. They all work like sloths. Took them over 25min for a cold cut number 8 so I just canceled and walked out. And they all looked at me like I was crazy.

I waited so long for my order that I felt like that ghost in A Ghost Story, lingering forever until the building was torn down, then the neighborhood, and suddenly it’s a futuristic high rise in the year 2150. That’s how long it felt like.

literally the slowest service i have ever experienced at any store. today i ordered online, kept working for 30 minutes because i know service takes forever. i finally arrive and my food still isn’t ready to pick up. me and all the other online orders sit here for 30-45 minutes waiting. this happens every single time i try to get food for this store.

Awful. I stopped coming here for a year decided to come back today and give it a chance. Big line, they’re working on online orders only. This guy asked me what I wanted then confused me by starting new online orders. This place is awful. If you’re busy in person finish the line first. The driver wasn’t even there !!! Like why do you ask me what I want then have me stand infront of you for ten minutes watching you start 5 new online order sandwiches. What the heck. Brainless ppl in there. Can’t believe they got a raise with minimum wage.
So much better than Subway and the prices are fairly comparable
