Tonight my family and I came into the restaurant and got 3 giant subs. When we were greated with enthusiasm from all the workers, but Sol was soo kind and thorough with us. We enjoyed his energy and the food tasted amazing. Great Job, Guys!

1st and foremost i want to apologize for walking into the shop at 8:53pm when it closes at 9pm, all your workers were great and professional except for 1, i know his name i asked his coworker but i WILL NOT name HIM, i walked in and he had a bit of a snarky / sarcastic attitude , again i apologize i walked in 7 min before closing but no one asked me to leave so i ordered

your staff pretty much ignored this persons attitude and sarcastic facial expressions and...

Between the scheduled time I arrive to pick up a mobile order, and the time they actually hand it to me, I can drive down to the nearest subway and stand in line and get a sandwich. I don’t understand the point of online ordering if it’s gonna take an extra 25 minutes from a pre-scheduled pick up time.
