Kobee Factory is hands-down one of the best hidden gems in Van Nuys! The food tastes just like home-cooked Syrian meals — full of flavor, freshness, and love. Every bite feels authentic, from the perfectly spiced kebabs and creamy hummus to the crispy falafel and tender shawarma.
The portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about quality and tradition. The staff is so kind and welcoming, always making sure you’re happy with your meal.
If you’re craving real Middle Eastern comfort food, this is the place to go. The flavors are rich, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s the kind of spot that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend trying their kibbeh and lentil soup — they’re incredible!

I found Kobee Factory tucked into a strip mall and their fateh is unforgettable: crispy pita soaked in chickpeas and tahini. The Syrian kebab was tender and smoky. The owners seem proud of their heritage and happy to chat. It felt like a culinary best-kept-secret in the Valley. I’ll go back for sure

The number one Syrian and Mediterranean food I've ever taste. I am there with my family every week.
The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hummus was creamy and perfectly seasoned, the grilled meats were juicy and tender. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each recipe.

Had a taste for Middle Eastern food so a friend recommended this neighborhood spot. Said food was incredible. And man, was he right!!! Mm, mm, mm! I ordered it to go with the intention of eating some there and taking the rest. Well, that food never left the store. Or was sooo good I didn’t want to stop!
I must confess, I’m partial to “Mom & Pop” establishments. And this is that. Seriously, after the first bite, I couldn’t stop. I got the chicken shwarma wrap with hummus & salad. Even the wrap itself was toasted to perfection! You must check this place out. Nice folk giving that warm feeling of home. This definitely goes on my list!!!

Here you find authentic foods. I believe if they keep this business going on, they will be the one. Everything is great. I think I tried most of their foods during my visits.
Besides their unique foods, another feature of that it is managed by women.
The place is very simple, minimalist, in the corner of an intersection.
Because most of their orders are take-out, the parking is not an issue. The parking is limited, but you always find a spot there.
There are two foods I always want to try. One is their special kibbeh - extraordinary for me. The second is the stuffed intestine which brings all of your senses to enjoy the moment.
I recommend you go there, eat, take some home, and compare their food with other places. At least those two I mentioned cannot be found somewhere else.
