I wish I could give this place and the sweet ladies who run the kitchen 10 stars. One of my favorite regular places to eat. Bring cash for a little discount

First time trying Kobee, not sure if I am supposed to use some type of sauce because it was bland. The texture of it was enjoyable though. Service wasn’t too great; they didn’t seem too happy.

I’ll occasionally get hummus when entertaining, but their hummus was so good, I ordered a large to go. If they had hummus deliver, I’d sign up.
The beef kafta plate was on par with middle eastern restaurants in Detroit / Dearborn and very good for SoCal.
Parking: There are a few spots in front of the store that you pull into. Otherwise, it’s street parking.

The Kobee Factory is a small unassuming restaurant next to a liquor store with a handful of parking spaces in front. The restaurant had traditional Syrian costumes displayed on the wall, along with a picture of the owner with renowned food critic Jonathan Gold, and writeups in the Newspaper.
Service was quick and courteous. I had the Falafel and Vegetable wrap, with Salad and Hummus, and a can of flavored Sparkling Water. Everything looked and tasted delicious. I especially enjoyed the Pickled vegetables, which added a little kick of the tangy flavor. The Falafel wrap is definitely a tasty vegetarian option.
I have had the Shwarma Sandwich before which is very tasty. The Shwarma sandwich or Falafel wrap are a great options to bring to the Hollywood Bowl or a Dodger game.

Authentic Middle Eastern food! I got the stuffed intestines/Masareen and the taste took me back to my childhood. It is such a pleasure to find restaurants that make home style meals like this. I’ll be coming back!
