i live next to this location! for my family and me is very nice came here almost 4 times a week! But this time was the last i think!!! i went today and buy 3 different ice cream flavor!! one of them "Mamey" to be exact!! the ice cream was really bad! taste like it was expired already!! 3 of uss try it! and was really bad! i go inside again! and ask to the "lady" with glasses!!excuse me? can i change this ice cream?she said: Idk let me ask the owner?i was waiting for her answer!The other guy ask what happen! because he know us! we always go there to buy! i told him and he try the mamey ice cream and yessss!! The ice cream was and a really bad condition!!he went to the "lady" and she came with me very rude!!! he say- This time i going to give you the $$ but next time i don't going to give you nothing???excuse me?? First of everything!! i ask to change the flavor no the $$$second!! i have all the right to ask for my $$ or change product because im paying for it!!! and is not my fault that you guys sell expired product!!!!She was sooo Rude!! i ask for "owner name" she said "Idk" really??Thanks God at least they have that young guy very nice! and he help me!! and change my ice cream!! so Tell your "Owner " I going to ask the health department? what they think about this!!! and the department of consumers!!Really bad experience!!!!! Aprende mija a trabajar y si no te gusta! change! pero no des mal servicio! comenzando del dueño! no compren mamey!! esperen porque no lo quitaron They still left the ice cream to sell there! ??

Giving one star because the guy working there claimed not to have chicharron preparado. I asked him if we could do a bag of wheel chicharorrones instead as a chicharron preparado. He seemed annoyed but went ahead and did so. About a minute later, I'm looking down and realized there were the big chicharrones right there. He was just hoping I wouldn't want anything he actually had to prepare. My daughter then wanted a crepe he said he didn't have the stuff to make that either. Looking at the counter, u can see the bottle with the batter they use for the crepes. We were the only ones there so I assume he was just being lazy. And the time was well before closing so no reason to deny food that they clearly did have. Ice cream was good but very dissatisfied with the service!

Just stop by grab some chips and Lemons everything was on point i highly recommended the chips were chrunchy not hard .

Says under new management but the guy taking your order is on the phone on the Bluetooth. He asked what flavor ice cream 3 times. Then I asked for another item I said which kind and what size and again he asked what size. A little annoyed that he wasn’t very polite. I’ve been coming for a while and never had an issue with the service.
