I recently visited this location and had mixed feelings about my experience.
First, let's talk about the ice cream quality—it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and creamy, and I could tell they use high-quality ingredients. 🍦✨ However, I was really taken aback by the prices. I expected to pay a bit more for premium ice cream, but the prices here felt excessive, especially for what you get.
To make matters worse, I encountered some rude employees during my visit. Instead of the warm, welcoming experience I hoped for, I felt quite uncomfortable as they weren't very friendly or accommodating. It really put a damper on my outing.
Another downside was the lack of single scoop cups. I prefer a smaller portion sometimes, but they only offered larger sizes. This made it tough to enjoy just a taste of their amazing flavors without committing to a giant serving.
Overall, while the ice cream itself is top-notch, the high prices, unwelcoming staff, and lack of options for smaller servings left me disappointed. I hope they can work on these issues, as I'd love to come back for that quality ice cream!

ABOUT A MONTH AGO I CAME IN TO PURCHASE SOME PALETAS AND ONE OF MY PALETAS HAD A HUMAN LONG HAIR IN IT. I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO COME BACK AND MAKE A COMPLIANT UNTIL TODAY 09/17 AND SINCE I WAS BUYING 6 PALETAS I KINDLY ASKED THE GIRL TO ASK HER MANAGER FOR A DISCOUNT ON 1 PALETA AS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AS AN INCONVENIENCE TO ME THE CUSTOMER. Ice cream and fresh fruit popsicles are good, the smell reffered in other posts is just the bleach/water mix used to wipe the counters down. The only problem here and that other establishments with these visual "menus" are that the prices are not listed, nor are the items they actually serve. If youre a new customer going to a "michoacana" I suggest looking for one with actual prices which theres probably 100s of in the valley. Based on past purchases 2 popsicles will set you back approximately $10-14 depending on the flavor.
$21.64 is my last purchase which included 3 popsicles and 1 double scoop of oreo.

I visited this location and as soon as I walked in I was hit with an unpleasant smell. Their was a lady in the front that ignored us when we walked in and didn't even bother to acknowledge us. I asked do you have a menu since I didn't see one and I never been to michoacana, and I have no idea what to ask for. She told me "no sorry we have no menu" and she continued to ignore me and my son. I said thanks and walk out. I don't understand how they hire people with horrible customers service.

Ordered an esquite through postmates and they never put chile on it. Arrived cold and didn’t taste good.

The employees today at night give bad service as if you were going to ask for a gift. It was not only Ami, during the time I was with my family, other customers came in and even made fun of you or got upset when you asked them for something else when they were there. inside or you ask for napkins and they tell you oh, they don't offer their service well
