Hello I was very disappointed with incorrect pricing online compared to in-store at your location on victory and van nuys. I explained to the manager on duty and all he said was that he's not responsible for what I sa. I showed him what I and many other customers can view online the difference in my meal was over $20. No apologies, no explanation was only told it's not his problem the online pricing is incorrect, but for next time, i can take a paper menu so I dont get confused. Not only was I disappointed, but the manager made me feel like I was a idiot. Im in customer service, I would never make my customer feel the way I was treated even if the customer was wrong. At no point was I disrespectful. All I wanted was the price that is online and I have every right to it.

One of our favorite places to have family dinners at. It has been in business for over 65 years. The pizza is delicious here. I love their supreme pizza and the cheese pizza the most. Their house antipasto salad is amazing and I always order it. Pastas are good as well. The linguini in clam sauce is perfection. I can go on and on. The service is great so is the ambiance. It's very dated but it works just fine. I love the atmosphere of this place. Feels like you are back in the 60s (not that I was alive in the 60s lol) anyways you get the point. A must try if you haven't been. We used to live nearby years ago and would visit very often. Now not so much but from time to time I feel like dining here. Last night we ordered to go food while visiting some family nearby. It was a great meal, even for take out.

The pizza is ok. I got a medium plain cheese to go and while it was feeling with lots of cheese, it's definitely a pizza that is best eaten right away. Reheating the next day was no bueno. Also, it's quite pricey here. Service was quick and friendly.

Disappointing, we waited 15min and no one came to help us. 10min later they sat a person behind us and he got help so fast with his drink and bread and the waitress just pass by us and didn't say anything. We end up leaving the restaurant after waiting 15min without anyone coming to help us.

First time here and it was pretty good! The pizza is okay. I appreciate the size and the customizable toppings with great price. I really liked the pasta. I think it was fettuccine with PINK sauce, which is a mixture of their red and white sauce. We also ordered a meatball on the side and the meatball was so good with the pasta. I would highly recommend ordering this! The salad was fresh and paired well with the pasta and the pizza. Service was unfortunately a miss for me. Did not check in for refills or to see how our table was doing, even though it was not very busy. The ambiance gives you old diner vibes. Parking is plentiful with a small lot in the front and back as well as neighborhood parking. I will be back to try other foods!

The staff is always so attentive so that's great. I came here with a bigger party once and they were great at accommodating us. Wait times can vary but be prepared to wait for a table on weekends!

I love pizza, and for my birthday, my husband did a "pizza-off" where he ordered a handful of different pizzas from the area. Hands down, Lido had the BEST one. We just got a cheese (with extra cheese), and it was absolutely phenomenal.
Some of the best pizza I have ever had in California. I'm from the East Coast and it felt like someone in California got it right.

This restaurant is one of our regular spots and we went here last week on a Sunday for a family lunch. There's only one thing I always order here - the fresh pasta spaghetti with meat sauce. I order it to go and even when we dine in. Many years ago when I first moved to the area I always wondered what the restaurant was, from the outside it looked old and dark. Well it's quite dark when you get in but I got used to it. It has that old school vibe with large booths. Severs are always attentive and the orders doesn't take that long. Love how they give you really warm if not hot bread to start. I love the fresh pasta - you can taste the difference. The ravioli is also good, I had the linguini with clam sauce before. The pizza is good but depending on the toppings - it can a little bit too oily for me, for pizza I think the less toppings the better. The full order of the pasta is A lot! I always have leftovers. Parking is available in the front and back. Sometimes it's hard to find parking though as both lots get full. I would recommend this to groups/ families as the food is good for sharing.
