Very disappointing experience
Service at this place is extremely slow. every visit takes an unreasonable amount of time. When the food finally comes out, it is often dry, overcooked, and poorly prepared.
The front counter is usually staffed by very young, inexperienced cashiers who clearly lack proper training. There is no organization or clear order when taking or handing out orders, which creates confusion and frustration for customers.
Overall, the lack of efficiency, food quality, and proper management makes this a terrible dining experience. There are plenty of better options elsewhere.

Been coming here for more than 16 years. Today there was one line to order and pick up. The line was not moving so I left without my order. There should be two lines to pick up and to order. Why should I have to wait in line to pick up when I ordered ahead? That defeats the purpose. Id rather eat somewhere else than be made to wait when I shouldn't have to. So I did.

The price matches the quality — nothing special, no different from a frozen pizza from Ralphs. About 40 minutes after eating it, I had stomach irritation, and I hadn’t eaten anything else before that. I do not recommend it.

This is just a pick up spot I really enjoyed my fresh pizza. I got the supreme with stuffed crust perfect for 15 bucks .. the taste and quality of pizza was great, only thing i didnt like is that they had no napkins. Everything else was good.

I visited your Van Nuys location (91405) today, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The cashier seemed to be in a bad mood from the start. When I asked about the “Fantastic Four” movie promotion, he responded with visible frustration and said, “I don’t know anything about that.” I felt uncomfortable asking anything else after that.
I also asked about the receipt code, and he said he didn’t know, showing no interest in helping. It felt like he simply didn’t want to do his job.
After completing my purchase, I later discovered on my own that in order to qualify for the $4 movie promo, the purchase had to be $20 or more before tax. My total was $20.33 after tax, so I missed the promotion. Had he just explained that to me when I asked, I could have added something extra to meet the requirement.
Because of his poor attitude, I just wanted to get my order and leave. Customer service should never make people feel ignored or unwelcome. Update Manager called next day and apologized gave me the offer I was denied the night before thank you

Night Crew on 06/05/2025 had the BEST customer service! I came in after work I got here at 10:30pm and after a long day was glad to know I could order my dinner, In less than 5 minutes my pizza was ready!
