I ordered my pizza online to pick up. It gave me a time and I went a couple of minutes before the allotted time to secure parking as it is a VERY small location. I spent a whole hour waiting for my pizza to go into the heated oven portal and it never came. Finally I went inside asking where my food was and apparently someone didn't put the "correct sticker" on it and it just sat in their "ready to go" ovens for who knows how long. They hired a bunch of kids to work at this franchised spot and there's no one here, especially on a busy Friday night, to maintain order among the kiddies. Nothing but seeing them walk around to talk to each other as they "work". Last time I order from this spot. By the way, the screenshot I uploaded says that my order is ready because the person who handed it to me didn't input it into the system that it was picked up and it was already 15 minutes after that screenshot. My pizza was cold AND UNDERCOOKED!!! DISGUSTING!!! Hire competent personnel or hire a shift manager who takes their job seriously. As a franchisee, isn't the point to make money off your investment?!?!

Yes, it is worth the wait!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This place is popular! It did take 30 minutes more (6pm) than the estimated app time (5:30pm) for my custom $44.78 order (placed at 5 pm) to be ready. Another customer stated she placed her order at 4! People waiting were civil. Front desk employees were courteous and professional. Even though the parking is very limited, the security guard for the lot was cheerful. I wonder if the illegible paper tickets could have contributed in a minor way to the delay in conveyance?

This place gets slammed during rush hour and it doesn’t seem like they can cap orders. If this happens, even if you order an hour ahead your pickup time will be 40+ minutes afterLittle Caesar’s is solid tho. Best to order online otherwise. They're going to be a little slow. Usually unless you get something hot and ready. There's probably old and ready.Where is probably hot? Don't stay hot alone though when it's old. Next thing you do order online before you get there. Y1IBou'll get a discount, maybe some something.

My gf never tried this pizza and she enjoyed! The pizza was delicious as were the wings. A lot of wing sauce that they were never dry. Perfect! Small location which doesn't have much space to park. The rep was kind and helpful.
