I love this place. Casual, friendly atmosphere. Great beers, ales, and ciders. Good food from a food truck. Lots of board games to play, if you are so inclined. Darts, occasional bands for entertainment, and always friendly service.

A great place for a beer. An excellent place for a pizza. They have a long list of terrific house-made beer, and the pizza is super tasty--the ultimate combination! This place has just the right vibe you'd want from a brewery. The difference is that some breweries feel very industrial. But Macleod feels homey and very local. Case in point: parking can be difficult sometimes. The first time I was able to park in the front lot, but I was blocking somebody. I went around the bar and found the guy I'd blocked in, and we agreed to find each other later and switch the cars. All very casual and chill, which made me feel right at home. Throw in a patio with a "scenic" view of a dark side street and some light industrial businesses, and you get the deal. Two more visits later, it's one of my favorite beer places in L.A.

Great vibe, traditional English style libations. I find it funny when I hear of people self proclaiming "Beer geeks" but then if it isn't a hazy IPA it isn't up to par...lol. I have never gone to KFC expecting it to taste like Pollo Loco.This place has an awesome atmosphere and full of knowledgeable people. So if you feel like expanding your horizon beyond the Gen Z IPAs feel free to stop by and open your senses to a new experience. The neighborhood is industrial and that in my opinion adds to the character of the place. If you are expecting a shiny, wholesome lounge then stick to Hollywood plastic venues and enjoy the moment.I highly recommend this place.

This place is great dog and kid friendly. Nice open outside area where you can hang out plenty of dart boards, a cornhole area. Limited menu and great beer. Parking is the most challenging thing about this place is located in an industrial area you wouldn't think such a cool place exists amongst the car shops and other industrial warehouses.You got to check it out it's pretty cool. Sometimes they have great guests that serve barbecue or their special foods!
