Rude!!! The owner is an extremely rude person. I drove from Ventura County to the location to buy 2 pounds of Halau Jubne, a Lebanese Dessert. I asked if she could separate them into two containers because I was taking them to two different families. She first said no so I said OK can you please give me two plastic containers and I will separate them into two. She got upset and said no we don’t do that because it defeats the purpose of selling 2 pounds. Which made no sense because I was still buying the 2 pounds. Then rudely and reluctantly she agreed to do it. We got to the cash register and the syrup, water and pistachio she provided for them were barely enough. I told her I would gladly pay to get more. She refused and told me no I don’t have enough because it’s a holiday. The amount she was providing was half the amount that Vrej Bakery Provides for 1 pound let alone for 2. Then I reminded her that I had called in advance and asked to be given extra pistachio and she had agreed. I again said I’m Happy to pay extra for it. She became extremely rude and said no go somewhere else and claimed that I was being very demanding even though I had asked her in an extremely polite manner.
I told her that this isn’t the way you treat a customer and she said she had a good business and didn’t care. I also told her that it was unfortunate that we, as Armenians, had a bad reputation in being rude when running a businesses and we should be better. She then told me that Armenian’s always try to take advantage of her business. I don’t see how asking for a container that costs pennies and offering to pay extra for an amount of pistachio and syrup that should’ve been provided to begin with is taking advantage of her.Be very careful you could end up driving all the way here and encountering one of her insolent moods.

Please be careful and do not buy anything with cheese or dairy from here unless you want to spend a day on the toilet , the Halawet Jibn is sour especially the filling and probably made two days before it’s sold and pistachios are colored with green food coloring , I rather drive to Glendale’s pastry shops to get fresh sweets and not spoiled ones from here.

I experienced the best Persian sweets I’ve ever had at this place. I ordered a selection from their dry pantry, and I was astounded by their freshness. Absolutely remarkable!
The ice cream achta its 4/10 it taste luke water ! And for the halawt el jeben there’s always big size they should do small sizes do ! Not everyone is a big family !there should be small size , medium , and large family size
The best Bakery around. I drive out of my way to go here for simply the best Boregs I've ever had. Their cookies are wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Maral made the most amazing quincineara cake for our party. My daughter really wanted the marbleized look in blue and it came out so unique that we decided it didn't need any more embellishment. It was really delicious, too.
Delicious.I don't need any other words. No matter what you buy, it is and always will be Delicious.
