Was in this McDonald's this morning to order breakfast, the rude Hispanic girl behind the counter told me to use the kiosk, I did not quite understand how to use it, when I asked her for help she made me feel like a stupid idiot as well as the kiosk charges you an additional $2.48 as opposed to ordering from the counter which Is $2.48 cheaper ordering this way. Just wish she would have been more understanding, I'm a 65 year old senior citizen and I don't quite understand how to use these things. This kiosk and computer era has done nothing but complicate my life.

This Mc Donald's lacks a lot of potential. The front lobby is a hot mess. There is never one person who is attentive or taking care of the front. There is no proper communication nor proper coordination with focusing on one order per time, they prioritize drive thru (which is understandable) but the employees will literally have your order ready & let it sit there until they remember they have to push that order out. At times, they won't provide napkins either. Definitely need to step your game up.

It's one of the very few Mickey Ds open 24hrs, so I get their late night attitude & and whatnot, but it comes with the territory. If u applied to work at that specific location, u should've done your hw & known what u were getting yourself into. So expect some rudeness & attitude from some employees. Not all, just some. Aside from that, they are decent enough. Except for when they suddenly decide not to do mobile app orders or any other payment except cash.
Every time I come to this McDonald's they miss something on the order. I have to drive back over and over again. So by the time I get back to my house the other food is cold. I just spent 53 dollars on an order. I called and somebody said their name was Beatrice and that they were the manager. She said she couldn't help me because she's leaving at 5:30 and that was exactly 5:30. She told me to drive back to the store and I told her that every time I drive back to the store that means the rest of the food gets cold what else can she do for me she said nothing she can only give me the sandwich. I've ordered from here over and over again and this will be the last time as a matter of fact it might be the last time I ordered from McDonald's if this doesn't get taken care of cuz that's not right for me to have to drive back to the store every single time and then miss my food. She told me that I can come back tomorrow and I told her if I go back tomorrow that's not what I was planning on I was planning on ordering the food sitting down and eating all of it. So tomorrow when I get the missing food I'm only going to be able to eat that I won't have a drink I won't have the fries with it that's not what I was looking for. order she told me I should check my order. I told her she's the one getting paid by the hour, that she's the one who should be checking the order. So with all the missing items it's basically a waste of my money to come here. I think they should replace everything so that way I can eat it the way it was intended to with all the stuff in the order not missing stuff and then eating the other stuff the next day. And this place should seriously be retrained for them to check the order because I'm sure that I'm not the only one going through missing orders it seems like every time I make my order for sure there's something missing it's crazy.

Homeless napping inside; need to use the big screen making it difficult to order; and drinks are not refillable.
The dining room is small, but this is justified by the fact that they do have an active play place; but only from 10am to 5pm.
The food was good.
The only drawback I found is that it took 20 minutes to deliver my BigMac (just a sandwich)

Beatriz was very rude, she made me wait 5 minutes in front of her at the counter to tell me to use the kiosk because I didn't feel like taking my order. Another lady dressed in gray asked cashier Axel to help me, and he did. my soda was all ice. I didn't know anything about refills, when I explained to Beatriz about my drink, she hesitated to give me a small amount of refill. Also helped another customer at the counter after refusing to help me. They need to put it in the eating area and not just where the children play.
Kid-friendliness: Just until 5.
