This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. Kiosks take your order and the staff doesn't look up from their phones to see if you need anything. I literally stood at the counter waiting for staff to acknowledge me. If kiosks are the answer to the raising of minimum wage then say goodbye to decent service.

Horrible. It was 4:30 and we were put on hold for 15 mins as they gave my food away to another customer and they brought out our food last, when we were the first ones at the drive through.

Let's face how slow they serve, the food was cold, the coffee I had to ask for it to be changed was very cold and they don't even put ketchup, honey or anything, you have to keep asking for everything and the supervisor has a not at all friendly face.

This is the McDonald’s closest to my home, therefore I visit this location quite often. For the most part, my experiences have been positive. In the times that I’ve gone, which is usually for breakfast, the drive-thru is fairly quick. This location gets pretty busy too. I’ve also gone inside a couple of times during the morning rush and not a good idea. It’s very packed and I’ve waited half hour from the ordering line to waiting for my order, just for a coffee! There was another time I tried to dine-in and after just taking a step inside the restaurant, I saw how packed it was and I left. The food has been good. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t get something fresh.Parking: There’s always parking at this location, even at its busiest times.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances allow for wheelchairs

This is the worst McDonald's ever. First, the drive thru menu is completely obscured. I couldn't see any part of the menu at all. It was all brown. The woman asked if I was using the app. I said no and asked if she knew that I couldn't see any of the menu. She said "I'm aware" without apology and without offering to help me order. I gave her an order and then it was silence. I said "that's all" as a signal. Nothing. I called out, "hello" and she came back and asked me if I was using the app like she never spoke to me. She asked me what I wanted, and I said the cheapest McMuffin combo. She asked me again then finally figured it out. She asked me if I wanted condiments, and I said no, then hesitated and said I wanted salt. In a snarky way she said that salt is a condiment. I've never had such an annoying interaction at McDonald's before. I have slowly seen those menus deteriorate so there is no reason they should be completely obscured. I give service 2 stars only because the guy taking my card was polite and the order was correct. Save yourself the annoyance and just drive to Sepulveda and Sherman Way... about 5 to 10 minutes away.
