Bathroom was umkept.. no hand soap.. the most important thing you do before eating is washing your hamds.. instant 1 star simply for that... also the coke didn't taste right.. the filter needs to cleaned or replaced it was flat and tasted weird and off its point..fries way over salted..please fix these issues asap..

I eat at this McDonald’s location on Sherman Way in Woodman multiple times a week. The staff is always great as they know me and they’re friendly and efficient, especially a Latino woman probably in her 50s unfortunately I don’t know her name but she’s wonderful. She’s always engaging and friendly and fast. A real pleasure.
Now for the bad news. The last two days I’ve been here yesterday and today and I ordered a large chocolate shake and a large iced coffee as I do almost daily. The shake both yesterday and today was noticeably, not full. Today, I even mentioned it to the cashier and said I want to make sure my shake is full today and it wasn’t.
It appears the owner here is extremely cheap. Others have mentioned no free refills on drinks, etc. Unfortunately, I’m sure it’s a strategy to reduce the shakes and other drinks I’ve seen in the reviews, by a percentage perhaps several percent. On any one shake it’s not such a big deal in terms of extra profit for them, but over the course of a day or a week with hundreds of shakes it’s extra margin. It’s also a horrible way to do business. And I’m sure this is what’s happening. The same thing happened to me at another McDonalds location about two years ago in Woodland Hills. I lived near it at the time. All of a sudden out of the blue the shake started coming in much smaller. I posted a bad review just like I’m doing here and very quickly. The problem went away. I’m hoping the same thing happens here. If not, I’m going to have to find someplace else to go. I hate being ripped off. It’s the principal more than anything.

I visit this place. First time I love it. It's clean. Food is good. I feel better quality. They have really good ranch not the same thing. What they have in the another location. For Me service is good too. No only think i hope soon everywhere food business, Will accept a law not to enter without outerwear

it says that this McDonald's closes at 10:00 p.m. today. considering it is a 4th of July they should have it on the front door or something but it doesn't say nothing at all and it's closed walked all the way over here from four blocks away for no reason.

Had me waiting 20 min for 2 ice creams while all orders who came after me got out first, it is almost 100° outside today, when I ask for water, they said they ran out of water, ridiculous, very rude staff as well ignoring me standing the whole time👎👎

Never buy from this wack place. Mcmarro franchise is the worst especially when it comes to they can never get your order right,no free refills, no sauces the atmosphere is so wack you feel like you have to pay even for the napkins.
