Heavyset lady at the front needs an attitude adjustment. Or basic lessons and customer service skills. She was rude abrupt and tried to hurry up and get me out of there. Secondly my food was mediocre warm. Thirdly my portion size is horrible they gave me a ton of rice a ton of cabbage a tiny little scoop of the macaroni salad and four pieces of shrimp and a little tiny piece of chicken that they cut up to make it look bigger and I paid almost $16 I'm really pissed off right now. Dissatisfied disappointed will not be going back to this location I don't know what it is with all the panorama City but you guys need a serious attitude adjustment when it comes to your customer service as well as charging high prices and giving very little food.

On a 70-degree day, the A/C was blasting. When asked, the rude employee stated the ambient temp must be at 72. The place is definitely at 68 max. Wonder where the thermostat is… over the flat top??

I ordered two beef teriyaki bowls and instead of telling me they don't have beef bowls she gave me chicken bowls. I was also charged more than what the menu prices were. I won't be going back to this location based on the service. The food was good though, although I'm so confused by the macaroni. Because I had to switch to mini meals to get the beef, it came with a side of macaroni. It's not cheesy like hot Mac and cheese, but it's put in with hot rice and veggies so it's warm, not cold like macaroni salad. I don't understand it, but it was tasty. Will definitely be going to other locations.

I think this place is just a little overrated. The food is okay. The service was good, the staff Is nice. And the atmosphere is just a fast food restaurant feel.
