Ono Hawaiian BBQ

We always liked Hawaiian food so this one was a no-brainer. The food was good but you have to check what's in the bag that they give you. We ordered Chicken Katsu to go. I didn't check and by the time we got home and opened the bag, there was no Katsu sauce in the bag. They forgot to include the sauce. Chicken Katsu without the sauce is just a plain breaded, fried chicken with barely any taste. My fault I guess for not checking and trusting that everything is in the bag.

This location used to be good, but the last few months, this place has been pretty bad.

Usually really enjoy this place, but got a chicken plate and they gave me 3 thin slices of chicken (almost like jerky). Feel ripped off. I will not be going back any time soon.

Delicious Hawaiian comfort food! The BBQ chicken and short ribs are always perfectly cooked, portions are generous, and the staff makes you feel welcome every time. Definitely one of my favorite spots for dinner.

This was my first time purchasing food from this restaurant. To be honest, the food lacks flavor. The ribs taste bland, the beef doesn’t taste well seasoned. The only thing that was ok was the bbq chicken. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order again.

Clean and air conditioned place . Restrooms require a key . The food is tolerable and they have sauces available near the soda station. The staff seems exhausted and not great service .

Normally this location is great, but today I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. Usually pushing is 10 minutes, but 30 is ridiculous… the staff (not the cooks) were just standing by the sink and talking rather than helping the line of people who were trying to order. Disappointed because I really like this location.

Never coming back. Charging 10 cents for a bag for leftovers after dining in is crazy. Chicken katsu just full of fat and breading

Got a takeout order and the chicken is NOTHING like the photos on the menu. What we received was skimpy pieces of gristle. My husband's teriyaki was mostly inedible pieces of skin, no white meat. Absolutely a scam.
