I went today and I dont understand why they dont put chili, I've gone a couple times and it seems like it hurts them to put chili on my food, SMH.. disappointed

Well I went around 11:00 am and I was starving and I got chilli cheese fries it was surprisingly empty so the customer service was perfect everything was fast and it tastes good I added some salt and pepper and those peppers they pass out there on top of the fries
If you have a hankering for a chili burger, you MUST come to a Tommy's Burgers. The chili adds some spice without being abusive and it's just amazing. Chili cheese fries are worth every penny, too. The staff is great and happy to give you a refill of your beverage.

Way overpriced compared to In-N-Out Burger. Quite frankly quality is not what it used to be.

Love Tommy’s the service at The Van Nuys location is stellar. The staff is efficient, kind, and we love our burgers and fries! Our favorite location!

I ordered two double California burgers, one was cooked proper and one was undercooked. The two burgers didn’t even look the same. I had to ask the same question three different ways when ordering and still figured it out on my own. I like the location and the bare bones approach, but the customer service is seemly absent. Idk if this location deals with a lot and employees are over it, or the ones they have aren’t personable.
***I've been back a couple times since, location sucks. If you don't speak Spanish you will be treated coldly(elderly couple behind me got mocked and ignored)
