Love Tommy’s the service at The Van Nuys location is stellar. The staff is efficient, kind, and we love our burgers and fries! Our favorite location!

I ordered two double California burgers, one was cooked proper and one was undercooked. The two burgers didn’t even look the same. I had to ask the same question three different ways when ordering and still figured it out on my own. I like the location and the bare bones approach, but the customer service is seemly absent. Idk if this location deals with a lot and employees are over it, or the ones they have aren’t personable.
***I've been back a couple times since, location sucks. If you don't speak Spanish you will be treated coldly(elderly couple behind me got mocked and ignored)

The Hollywood location is an older one that has the feel of the original Tommy's. Great burgers with chili and fries. That chili just does the trick!
Parking: Free parking, but very small lot, about 5 or 6 spaces. The best thing to do is drive thru this location.

I had been out of the country for several years, Tommy's was my first meal when I returned. I was shocked by the prices now, not just here but at almost everywhere I went.
I ordered my usual (Tommy's Chili Cheeseburger, Chili Cheese Fries, and a Drink, same great taste but this time it set me back $18.05!
