Can’t make an order right to save their lives. Ask five times for well done french fries and just got ignored every single time then try to double charge me for the fries. They were not as ordered.

Dang I hate this place because it's soooo GOOD tasting (and sooo bad for you) I always overdo it!!

I got a triple chili cheese burger with extra chili and fries. I like the gooey, pasty, viscous chili here. The price was not bad. The chili excellent, the fries good.

It's Tommy's happily the same everywhere you go, good gooey, heart threatening chili, fast service and nothing more. I love this place but I know it's not good for me (sad face)........

lighting fast service. great food you can sit outside no one will bother you staff are great very friendly. these are better burgers than any other. i went to this location on saturday 8/9/25. food was hot and fresh. got a big drink. see pics go check it out.

Great food but don't expect to have an amazing sit-down experience. No place to sit inside and the outside seating typically has homeless people hanging out and when they're not there is extremely dirty. Had a great promotional deal and always typically do so keep that in mind if you're shopping for a great deal!

I ordered two double California burgers, one was cooked proper and one was undercooked. The two burgers didn’t even look the same. I had to ask the same question three different ways when ordering and still figured it out on my own. I like the location and the bare bones approach, but the customer service is seemingly absent. Idk if this location deals with a lot and employees are over it, or the ones they have aren’t personable.

***I've been back a couple times since, this location sucks. If you don't speak Spanish you will be treated coldly(elderly couple behind me got mocked and ignored)
